The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one is the Master Bedroom with a king bed, and TV and you'll love the bathroom with its 2 sinks, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The great room is so pretty with comfy furniture and a large flat-screen TV to enjoy, which is a smart TV and cable is provided. The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, seating at the counter for 4, and lots of cupboard space stocked with all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. The dining room table is huge and will seat up to 8 easily. Outside on the covered deck, enjoy a lovely outdoor living space with a propane grill, and patio seating to enjoy around the awesome fire table. Upstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms and a family room with the Pac-Man game and the air hockey game. There is a laundry room that has a full-size washer and dryer. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds and a full bathroom. There is a super fun bunk room for the kids with a Twin over full bunk and a Triple twin bunk bed. The fifth bedroom is so pretty with a queen bed and a sofa. All bedrooms have their own TVs which totals 7 TVs in the house! Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Not to mention local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! Ladera is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities a short drive away! We loved our stay for spring break. Everything we needed for a family get away on spring break. Home was roomy, clean, close to everything, quiet, safe neighborhood, heated pool, scooters and bikes to ride to the park and trails nearby. Wonderful experience overall. Would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

Really nice unit with everything you could need for a group. Lots of beds and room to sprawl out. Plenty of dishes and towels. We really liked the location, as it was super close to the highway and a short trip to St. George. The only thing out of the ordinary was that one of the beds seemed like it had been made by a previous guest and as a result wasn't changed, so there were hairs and some spots on the sheets. Otherwise everything was pristine. Easy check-in and check-out.

This home is awesome for one or more families who need extra beds. This home can sleep more than 10, and I wish they would have let us do that. It would have been the best choice of any in the area. We had to split up our group, but it was still a wonderful home to stay in.

We used it as a base camp to go riding in the desert. Trailer parking is across the street. It worked well, everything was organized.
