This property was in a great location across the road from the beach and a tram stop at our doorstep. The view from the balcony was great and it was a perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast or an evening drink.
The apartment was immaculately clean with everything you would need for a stay in Nice.
Communication was excellent with plenty of local recommendations. We love our stay here. Thanks

The nice sea view and the really short way to the beach. The really good Equipment and the whole appartement. It is really good to have a washing machine, a nice fridge. Short walks to the tram that gets you around town.

nagyon közel a part, strand. közelben a villamos és buszmegállók, bevásárlási lehetőségek, pékség. A szállás két fő részére, nyaraláshoz tökéletesen fel volt szerelve. jó beosztású kislakás. szép bejárat az épületbe.

The accomodation was close to the city center, and well equipped, the owner was also very helpful and nice.
Cockroaches were coming out from the sewers of the kitchen and bathroom, because of that I wouldn't call the apartment so "cozy". We talked about this with the owner, and he helped us with the bug spray, however only putting paper towels to the sewers seemed to solve the issue temporarly. If you are afraid of them, I wouldn't recommend it!
