Got a great clean room at a very good price. Location is close to the railway station. Staff are very nice
I had difficulty getting an auto in this area. Only saw shared autos near this. In Berhampur, as online booking apps like rapids, Uber, Ola doesnot work, it is very important to have an auto stand nearby

Position, Behavior, Food, Lift. Back portion of the hotel was new, front was old. New rooms are good but without hot water supply. Old rooms are not that good but have hot water supply. ACs were good. Complementary breakfast lacks variety. Food was good.
My suggestions to HCB:
Pls don't serve hot food in polythene packets & paper plates & katoras. Use normal bowel & plates. Serve tea in white cups & plates of same set (not in cheap multicolored different shaped cups). Offer white bedsheets and towels to customers.
