Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in a $1000 fine. The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made. Setting off fireworks is illegal even though you can buy them in the Poconos. You will be fined. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed indoors. Any evidence will result in a fine. $50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional. Please do not park on the access road for the property. Park on the side of the house with the fence and picnic table. We are Dog-Friendly. $100 pet fee applies per dog. 2 dogs Max. This area is not fenced in and your dog is required to be on a leash when outdoors and please keep off the furniture when indoors. Absolutely no smoking inside.
