The Space:

A spacious, comfortable holiday home right in the heart of Glenholme, made for larger groups and families and wonderfully central - you can walk into town or jump on a bike and ride to the Redwoods trails for the day. It has four private bedrooms set off a central hallway, and the living areas flow out to the back patio, where you can unwind in the thermally heated spa pool. Like a true Rotorua home, it runs on natural thermal heating, keeping the house warm and toasty through winter and heating the spa pool year-round. With two bathrooms plus a handy second shower and toilet, and a BBQ out the back, it's an easy, relaxed base for a bigger group.

Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house and grounds to yourselves - all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the extra shower and toilet, the kitchen and living areas, the garage, and the back patio with its BBQ and thermally heated spa pool. There's a garage and off-street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Tilsley Inn sits right in the heart of Glenholme, a central, mostly-residential Rotorua neighbourhood that's handy to everything. You can walk into town, and it's a quick bike ride to either entrance of the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest for a day on the trails. Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal area are just a couple of minutes away, and the Polynesian Spa and lakefront are around 6 minutes. Restaurants, cafés and shops are all close by.



Getting Around:

Everything's close here - you can walk into town, and it's an easy bike ride to the Redwoods. By car, Te Puia is just 2 minutes away, the city centre around 5, the Polynesian Spa about 6, the Redwoods roughly 8, Rotorua Airport about 12, and Skyline around 13. There's a garage and off-street parking.



Other Things to Note:

A nice thing to know: the house runs on Rotorua's natural thermal heating, so it stays warm through winter, and the spa pool out the back is thermally heated for year-round soaking. There's a second shower in the laundry and a second toilet in the garage, which are handy when you've got a bigger group. WiFi runs at around 56 Mbps - fine for browsing and streaming.
