About this house rental
Nestled in Williamstown, this lovely house for $205 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Check out our reviews! We strive to maintain a spotless home for our guests and pay great attention to detail! Nightly rate is for two guests. We charge an additional $15.00 per guest per night fee. Living room and kitchen with open floor plan allowing a smooth flow throughout. (THE LIVING-ROOM IS EQUIPT WITH A PULL OUT SLEEPER SOFA “FULL”) The family can gather around the cozy fireplace which is open to the kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all new appliances including Keurig, toaster, blender and microwave. The master bedroom has queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom has full bed and TV. Third bedroom upstairs is a loft area and has two twin beds, TV with area to play games and a reading nook. Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The house is smoke free and pet free. Located on a corner lot with a private patio equipped with gas grill and a spacious back yard. Also, featuring a fire pit to enjoy smores and roast hotdogs by the fire with the family. (Firewood will be provided upon request). Owners had it decorated for Christmas, firewood available, fully stocked laundry and a kitchen even a coffee bar ready for us. We felt safe in the neighborhood to have our kids place corn hole in the back yard. Our 2 boys had the upstairs and our teen girl had a room to herself. My husband and I had our private bathroom. It was quiet here and SUPER clean. It's just 20 minutes from all the conveniences you could want. We had a gas station down the road if we needed. Stock up on groceries for the stay and enjoy. We stayed 5 nights. We recommend staying here 5 stars +!!!

We have stayed at so many rentals, but never a place as clean and spotless as this. The owner is easy to contact and so helpful. The owner has thought of everything you will need from snacks to games. If you are going to The Ark, you can be there within 5 minutes. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

I brought the family in for some Kentucky fun. The house was just lovely. Would recommend for any family with kids because the upstairs is just perfect for little ones to play. It was a bit small for 6 adults and 2 children but only because the kids take up so much space. Lol…. But just a really nice and clean place to stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful little place to stay, clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely furnished and near our vacation destination. Kids would enjoy the upstairs (it's like a hide-away room) with games and comfy bean bag chairs.

The house was just as expected from the pictures. Very welcoming and cozy. The host was gracious and offered us a late check out because our flight was delayed and we missed the first day of our stay. They do offer minimal convenience items, like coffee and a hair dryer, but make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and body wash as the property does not offer those.

This is a beautiful home. It is decorated in a way that gives it a homy feel. It has everything you need & more, books, games, snacks. It is so clean! The owners were super easy to communicate with. They left the lights on for us because we were running late! I would def recommend staying here.

My wife and I brought our mothers to see the Ark Encounter. This house was the perfect place to stay for our trip. It was super close to the Ark and close to some good local restaurants. It was comfy and cozy. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing!

The house was very clean and in a great location. We had a person in a wheelchair and the owner went out of their way to build a ramp which allowed access to the house. The owner lived next door and met us when we arrived. He and his wife were very helpful answering questions and preparing in advance for our arrival. I would recommend the property to anyone wanting a place to stay in the Williamstown area.

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s only a couple minutes from the ark encounter and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and very thoughtfully put together. The owners were very friendly and available if you needed them. Definitely recommend!! 5 start stay!

This tiny house was incredibly close to the Ark Encounter and it let our kids spend more time with their grandparents than getting multiple hotel rooms. It was clean. Don’t fret the pullout couch—it was the comfiest bed. The upstairs was great for our two kids.
