About this condo rental
Located in Arnolds Park, this attractive condo for $460 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to your favorite family vacation destination with beautiful views of lake Okoboji! Whether you are looking to rent for a week or a weekend you will not run out of things to do! Start by parking in our underground heated garage and use the elevator to bring your gear up to the condo. Our newly updated condo boasts almost 1500 ft.² of living space, with all the conveniences of home. The condo has three bedrooms including a master with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with two triple twin-size bunk beds. We have room to sleep10 comfortably, two bathrooms stocked with bath towels and washcloths, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and appliances to cook your own meals. The living room is very comfortable and has a fireplace to enjoy as you wind down at the end of the day. Our deck has a great view of East Lake that you will enjoy as you are using the grill or having a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in the morning! There is also a common area a short walk from the condo where you can sit by a fire pit and enjoy views of the lake. Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. (Open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends.) The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy! During the summer months the indoor pool is open daily and there’s a big outdoor pool with a swim-up bar. There is also a smaller pool next to our building for your use. Coming to the area to go boating or fishing? East and West Okoboji lakes have fantastic fishing opportunities, from walleye to panfish! There is even scuba diving in the lake! There is also boat trailer parking and a boat ramp near the condo and an option to rent a boat slip from Bridges Bay. https://bridgesbayresort.com/amenities/boat-hoist-rentals/ Not interested in cooking??? There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance on the Bridges Bay property. Due to the warmer weather and the October Festival that was going on at Arnold's Park, we had 4 days of absolute fun. Was able to enjoy the outside deck and firepit every night. The beds are heavenly. The unit could not have been better

The condo was lovely. It met all the requirements we needed to enjoy our week there. Construction was going on the building to the south that started at 7:00 a.m. Kind of noisy but did not keep us from enjoying the deck during the morning or evening hours when the sun wasn't directly on us. The underground parking was wonderful and we used a parking spot out front for the second vehicle. A misunderstanding on my part that there was absolutely nowhere to park a boat or use of electrical. We had to rent a storage shed to keep the boat in but it was very secure and had electricity. Boat slips are very expensive on the lake.
Our hosts were very gracious in answering all my questions and offering suggestions. I also appreciate the early entry to the room since we had made half the trip the night before and were there earlier than the 4:00pm check in. Thank you Chad and Rachel!

This condo is gorgeous!! The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because there is construction right next to it so it was a bit of an eyesoar. Communication was excellent and getting into the condo was super easy. We will be back!!

The property was very nice and we enjoyed and appreciated the underground garage, but the construction going on across from our balcony was disturbing. The noise began at 8:00 every morning until about 5:00 in the afternoon. We were not told of this in advance and feel we should have been discounted some on the fee.

The only complaint was that the unit above us was very noisy. There was several times the lighting fixture’s actually rattled. The property itself is amazing and so we’re the hosts. Thank you!

Very nice property. Only drawback was the construction going on from 7 AM on. It wasn’t a deal breaker, though. They did advertise that boat slips could be rented through Bridges Bay, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or email for that.

The property was wonderful. Very convenient for us to take our grandkids over to swim and play in the arcade. It was so fun when they walked into the condo to watch them check everything out. Condo was just as pictured & we enjoyed our stay. Beds comfortable. Trash area hard to see outside to dump trash as requested by owners.. Fee for cleaning seemed high. Lots of shops closed on Monday or for the season but found a few shops open.

This property was AMAZING!!! We loved every minute! Every detail was included and it made our stay perfect!! The garage access was an amazing plus! The layout, location, amenities, and comfort were all extraordinary! Cannot say enough about how much we loved it!!

I was a little overwhelmed in locating the property as GPS gave me screwy directions and took me way off the main highway and looped me around after 6 hours on the road.
Once there, I called Rachel and she gave me clear directions to get me into the building. I found the condo clean and spacious with a wonderful view from the deck.
I ordered a vegan margarita pizza and a chicken and bacon pizza from Okoboji Dough for pickup. It's just over a mile away and I highly recommend them for good eats.
My 2 adult children and I enjoyed that dinner on the deck, walked down to the dock and watched the sunset with drinks in hand.
Check was fine. House rules were clear.
I would definitely stay here again.
