Nestled in Tysons, this attractive house for $460 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Location, Location, Location! This custom built, luxurious, new home has everything you would need from a fully-equipped kitchen to any item you’ll need for a child of any age. There are three levels to this single family home with a newly built 12-foot bar for entertaining in the basement. The location can’t be beat with easy access to every highway in the area that can take you to DC, Bethesda, Reston, or the airport within 15 minutes! The largest mall of Tyson’s is a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive). It is also walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and many restaurants. We, the owners, are currently away for the short-term and wanted to share our beautiful home and have you take good care of it. Ideal for long-term vacationers or if you’re looking to transition to the DC area. This is a smart home with built-in Sonos WiFi speakers, keyless entry, Smart TVs, and Nest thermostat. Featuring four bedrooms, five baths, large eat-in kitchen, sunroom where you can enjoy your meals while looking out into the large, private, fenced-in backyard, and a two-story family room with a gas fireplace to warm you up on the cold nights. Please treat this home as if it is yours. We allow no shoes in the house. Also, you may use the dishwasher but hand-wash all pots/pans and knives. No parties, smoking, or pets in the house! This is our main home that we’ll be coming back to often and have young kids so we hope to have everything in its place. We are excited to share our home with you and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do! Please let us know ASAP if anything isn’t working. Adults up to 6 are only allowed due to county regulations and the rest must be kids under 12. Since we need space to store our own belongings, we have only locked the basement bedroom and three closets.

My family and I stayed here due to a delay with our new house. Linda was great to work with and extremely accommodating. Check in was easy and Linda was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Convenient location to Tyson’s and 66 to get into DC. Great fenced in yard for our son to play in.

The location was convenient... close to all the restaurants and shopping centers you could ever need. Also very close to D.C. and all major attractions. The home was spectacular! It was pristine and had all of the comforts of home and more. There were snacks, toiletries, baking/cookware, tons of cozy blankets. The couches and beds felt like you were sitting/lying on a cloud. The kids loved the downstairs entertainment area with multiple couches, very large screen TV, lots of open room to play, and a bar area for adults. The decor was glamorous, yet comfy, with lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. The host, Linda, was immediately responsive. We had a minor technical issue with the TV. She immediately responded by sending someone over to fix it. She was kind and gracious throughout our stay and her responsiveness made it feel as if we were staying with family. If ever in the D.C. area again, this will definitely be our go-to spot!

Large comfortable home with lots of natural light, and conveniently located with quick access to Tysons and 495. Quick and easy communication with Linda, the host. Listing photos are accurate. Be aware there is a large residential construction project underway on the property behind the home, and noise can be heard during the day on weekdays if you are sensitive to that.

The property was huge, with large shared spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was very elegant and well appointed. We were working during our vacation (unfortunately) and there were lots of spaces to work in relative privacy for online meetings, a quiet study, and excellent Internet service. The kitchen was very large and well stocked, although we never had a chance to cook. The location was great, as we could get to anywhere in the DC area in about 20 minutes. We had a small problem with the Internet when we arrived, but Linda was very responsive even on the weekend and it was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a week while we visited family in Washington DC. If you have little kids and infants this is a perfect house for you. This house has everything you could need and more. There was a baby bath tub, changing table, rocking chair, toys for our 3 year old that he loved. It was so nice not having to pack all that extra stuff. The house is super close to everything you need. We loved being so close to DC but no actually in the city. Plenty of grocery stores around and places to eat. The only thing we felt there wasn’t enough of was towels. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have towels and the half bath on the main floor didn’t have any towels to dry your hands with. Other than that this house was great and provided everything you could need. Linda was super responsive to all our questions and was very nice. So if you are looking for a place perfect for kids near DC this is your place!

Stayed here during summer break with my husband and two kids to visit our family in northern VA. House has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. Perfectly located and central in the DC metro area. Beds were very comfy and the back yard and basement was perfect for the kids to play while we relaxed. There is a home office which was also great. The host Linda was extremely responsive answered all questions right away. Highly recommend this spot
