Small but warm and practical and well equipped apartment. Great communication.
Ashtray in apartment, smell of old smoke. Also I disliked the use of air freshener as it was too strong and unpleasant. Bedding was of low quality and a nicer 100% cotton bedding would add to the comfort at a relatively low cost.
We could not use the car park as the snow was not properly cleared for the duration of the holiday. (This is not the responsibility of the apartment owner). Also other outdoor accesses such as steps were not properly cleaned from snow and were thus slippery and hazardous.. This was the case throughout the resort and it is not owners responsibility.
There is zero recycling of domestic waste at Jahorina.

Great location, literally 30 meters from the ski slope and cable car. Just across the street.
Well equipped apartment with more details than expected. Although rather small in surface there is plenty of storage space for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Comfortable bathroom with all amenities. Two TV sets with plenty of channels what is well appreciated when traveling with two kids :-) Very friendly host providing accurate information and taking care throughout the stay.
Parking place in the garage included in the price is pure benefit especially during heavy snowfalls as it happened to us. It was a little bit tricky to enter the garage but when on vacation nothing can ruin the positive mood :-)
Nothing in the apartment, it is excellent.
However, the building itself has few minor problems. During peak hours (between 9 and 10 AM and 4 and 5 PM) the only elevator is congested and could last more than 15 minutes to have it available. Building of this size should have at least two elevators. The apartment is "officially" on the second floor but when climbing the stairs it is actually fourth so it might be exhausting after whole day skiing.
Ski storage rooms are spacious and organized as separate lockable space with doors for each apartment and with interior lighting. That's great but the corridors around storage rooms are so narrow that if someone having the storage in the same corridor is putting ski shoes on and preparing to go out for skiing then the storage room of this apartment is physically unreachable before the people leave out. It is a pure mistake of the architect who is obviously not a skier :-)
Anyway, those minor problems are almost totally unimportant and can't influence overall excellent impression about A309 apartment.

Great location, very close to slope and main gondolla. Nice and clean apartment, had enough space for a family of 4 people. Easy to use storage space on a separate floor where we could easily store all our skiing equipment.
Host took money for local tax, but when we were leaving Bosnia the officer at the border told us that we were not registered in the system and warned of the 300 eur fine. He eventually let us go without paying, but that was still a stressful experience.
The advertised free parking turned out to be a challenge rather than a simple drive in/drive out as we expected. The host directed us to reception of the nearest "Vucko" hotel to claim free parking spot where communication with personnel took at least 20 minutes - initially they said there was no space available, but finally provided the spot in the garage. When leaving, they wanted to charge us for parking, but after insisting they let us go for free.
Sleeping on the sofa in the living room was not comfortable - it creaked from any slight movement. It was somewhat better when our kids slept on it.
