Great place to stay, the host has clear instructions on arrival and departure aswell as information on things to do and places to dine. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. I would stay there again If I ever find myself back in Inverness.
The heat on arrival is set to 18°C/64°F it is rather cold for my taste but there are instructions on how to adjust the heat. It goes back to 18°C/64°F after some time so it is rather cold in the morning and in the afternoon when you get back after A day out. Note!!! It takes only 15-20 minutes for the place warm up.
