Great location, nice corner unit room with sea view, very good airflow advantage, reasonable size of private pool, spacious 60m square room, twin shower stations, I believe it's a two set of super king size bed.
1. due to close proximity of the unit to the loading bay, may experience occasional unpleasant noise and exhaust emissions from idling vehicles during unloading, when using the private pool area.
2. the bed was a little hard for our preference
3. The relatively small TV are dated, with 13 prescribed unpopular TV channels. Would be great to see improvement with larger Smart TV (to match with the spacious room size) with access to streaming platforms.
4. the pool could be cleaned properly before guest's check-in (dry leaves in the pool which we decided to remove ourselves).
5. No pool lounger/recliner and the pool lights were not working (we asked, and the response was the unit is having electrical issue). alternative LED lights could have complemented the pool area for relaxing.
6. Would be great to have extra patio chairs for 4 pax (only 2 chairs are available)

I like it when the room has both AC & ceiling fan so that we can choose at our convenient esp at sleeping time at night.
Breakfast is too pricey ( Rm40 for adult, RM25 for children )

Its strategic and seaside location. The family suite was spacious.
The room service does not operate before 9pm. The airconditioning was not cooling enough for good comfort. The carpark was limited in space.
