Location. Just a short stroll to the water. Good tarmac footpaths into town along coast. Access to sandy beaches. Parking at property. Clean and secure garden for dog. Tidy well laid out. Hot shower and central heating works.

Property was was very clean bright & comfortable. Spotlessly clean . The position of the property was close to coastal pathways & in a nice , quiet relaxing location .

The property exceeded my expectations - great location, so nice being near the water. All comforts were thought of and there were nice welcome gifts. The sitting room was more homely than shown in the pictures.
The bathroom was small, but perfectly formed and not really a not like
