About this house rental
This Farmhouse was built in 1925. Renovated with care in 2020. Very private with easy access to Asheville's best. We are 15 minutes from Downtown, the Biltmore Estate and the Asheville Airport. Only 5 minutes to the NC Arboretum, the Outlets Mall, Blue Ridge Parkway and many local restaurants.
Although Western NC was devastated by Helene, we were Blessed that our property only received minor damaged. We are now OPEN and ready for your Asheville experience. Come to the Mtns.

The interior was larger than expected from the pictures. Everything was clean and in good working order. Well supplied with kitchen items, tea, etc. Comfortable bed and furniture, nice view from the covered front porch. Convenient location both to Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. Hosts were very responsive and kind.

We took a spur of the moment trip to Asheville and this was the perfect place to stay. Communication was easy and the space is well stocked and furnished.

Thanks for having us. This was a great quiet location that was great for the dogs. We had to unfortunately cut our trip short but Mike was extremely accommodating. Loved the location being very close to everything, yet far enough from the commotion. The house has everything we needed. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse immensely! We enjoyed beautiful mornings on the porch before starting our day. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed (and more!). The beds were comfy, the area quiet, and great amenities! Great location to all things Asheville. Definitely recommend!
