Great location, close to the famous fish market and just a 10-minute walk from the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They provide unlimited water, tea and coffee, and clean the room upon request. The room is small, but it has everything you need.
There were large windows, but they were covered by fixed blinds that couldn’t be raised, so the room was very dark and there was no airflow.

Its in the middle of everywhere & within walking distance.
To make it easier for us, the 24hrs laundry service is just behind the hotel.

The location is right in the city center, making it very convenient to access restaurants and supermarkets. While it feels a bit pricey, it’s a decent option for a short stay (like a 0.5-night stay) when your flight schedule is awkward.
the facilities don't really match the photos on the booking sites. The staff weren't very friendly—they just gave the bare minimum, 'robotic' service. Also, the water quality/plumbing didn't seem clean
