Locația este un avantaj clar.
Foarte aproape de centru, Parcare asigurată la interior (dar se putea și pe stradă).
Deși clădirea este veche (nu știu dacă și cu valoare istorică) și curtea interioară (care nu este a gazdei) ar putea ridica o sprânceană, apartamentul este chiar cu gust, f curat și inclusiv terasele comune sunt amenajate frumos.
Indicațiile au fost f clare.
Utilitățile funcționează perfect (apă caldă, AC, tv). Cafeaua este complementara din partea gazdei (esspresor cu capsule Tchibo, pt cine dorește să-și aducă sau să ia de la marketul de pe zona pietonală centrală - se găsesc de cumpărat).
Per total a fost f bine.
Nu este cazul.

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο,ευρύχωρο,πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο και ασφαλισμένο το πάρκινγκ για τη μηχανή...επίσης οι άνθρωποι πολύ φιλόξενοι!!!Σίγουρα το ξανά διάλεγα!!!

הדירה מהממת מעוצבת בטוב טעם מפנקת ומושקעת נראית חדשה נמ את בקומה 1
מטבח מאובזר,פינת אוכל, מזגן אמבטיה עם מקלחון מפנק חדר שינה מרווח מיטה נוח מאוד מצעים נעימים
מכונת כביסה..
הכניסה למתחם הדירות אינה משקפת את היופי של הדירה ❤️

Perfectly located, about six minutes walk from the city square. Behind that metal facade on the street, lies a hidden gem. decorated so elegantly. The bed and bedding/sofa were very comfortable. Everything easily accessible. Quiet location, great value for money. The owner left out a washing frame for us.
A toaster would have been ideal.
