Perfect location. Well appointed. Clean.
Missing fly screens on most of windows and the upper sliding doors. If this small problem was sorted the place would be 10/10.

Location, lots of space
No promised air conditioner (advertised as having a air conditioner but only has portable heating devices). Not even fly screens. No blinds half of the windows. Safty rails on balcony are loose. One is missing - dangerous for small kids

The location. The ocean view from the veranda. Plenty of bedrooms. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms recently up dated.
No fly screens, no fans, no dishwasher,. Could not open the main door with keys. Entry was from the garage, fridge door was broken. Kitchen needs to be upgraded.
