The place is huge, more like a palace. Big rooms, nice bathrooms, and a great coffee house out the front.
The beds are pretty firm, and no Smart tv, so if your not Thai you can't watch anything. The biggest problem are the walls in the bedroom. They are like paper! We had a young child in the room next door, and it cried for two days straight, during the second night at 3am, I went to reception and asked to be moved. We were instantly moved to the far end of the floor, no questions asked, so this is a common occurrence.

Convenient for the North end of Phang Nga bay and Khao Sok
Beds really hard even by Thai standards
No local restaurants other than at the service station over the road. Pizza and KFC
Night 1 and 2 there was a school trip so noisy and no restaurant available on site. Day 3 there was a wedding so noisy.
Noisy by the pool. Music blaring, they seem to think the hotel is a night club . This also affected our room, request a room away from the pool.
Only 4 sun beds, woefully inadequate
Only 1 bedside table in the suite rooms
No safe in the suite
Breakfast was awful. Fruit selecion was guava and banana. No yoghurts. No egg station.
