The house has a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machine and a dryer (detergent & softener sheets included). Brand new AC unit, reliable Gig internet and a large smart LED TV. Hardwood floors throughout the main level, clawfoot tub for a relaxing soak, or step in and use the shower. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds on the back porch. A large fully fenced back yard and fire pit only for your use. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose these companions prior to travel. Great for families or business travelers with easy access to I90 HWY. 10 minutes to Downtown, 12 minutes to all hospitals (VA is even closer), and 3 blocks to Safeway, Walgreens, and many popular restaurants. 100 feet to the bus line that takes you directly downtown. Spokane is the largest part of the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene combined area and because of the natural layout and scenic areas within a reasonable distance, the area is best experienced by a private vehicle. There are recording cameras on the Exterior ONLY of the house used for security purposes only. Enjoy your stay!

This house was perfect for my needs. The only small thing that could have been better was a comfier mattress and better pillows. Other than that it was well-stocked and well-labeled and in a nice neighborhood. Owners were attentive and great at responding.

We chose to stay at this particular home because it fit the bill for all of our needs and it was close to the venue of the event we went to see. The house was perfect, quaint, in a good neighborhood and was just right for us. Anna was great with communication. We never had any issues to contact them about but all other communication was great! I would absolutely stay at this lovely little home again if I come back to Spokane!

I loved this house, everything was thoughtfully set up and there was everything we could need for our stay, including a lovely backyard to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee in while the dog meandered about. Anna was very prompt in answering questions, and was quick offer relevant information. Close to the wedding venue, and was able to take the dog to explore various parks in the area—I didn’t remember Spokane having so many beautiful parks! My favorite was the Riverside State Park along the Spokane River (highly recommend, $10 day use fee if you don’t have the Discover Pass. If you are going to be in WA long and like escaping to nature it is well worth getting a year pass, it will pay for itself in just a few excursions. Invest in what you love). Tried the Wall Street Diner for breakfast, the Greek Omelette was just what I was looking for. Overall a great stay, and it was the perfect home away from home.

The photos of this property are quite accurate. It's comfortable, cosy, and very appealing if, like us, you like old furniture and buildings. I was unsure about the location. We'd never been to Spokane and I wondered if staying in a downtown hotel would have been the right move, but in retrospect I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We were an easy and direct 10 minutes from downtown and only 5 minutes to the north shore of the river, so accessing stores, restaurants, events or whatever was very simple.

The house is amazing. Clean. Well furnished. Close to everything. Had a full kitchen and was able to prepare meals including Christmas dinner. Our luggage was lost by Southwest so we visited several thrift stores and was pleased that there was a washer and dryer that we could use to wash the clothes. The neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of amenities and games. Will book again next time in Spokane. Thank you Anna for being such a great hostess.

We chose this house for a short weekend stay. Anna answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. We enjoyed visiting with our daughter and grandson who live in Spokane. It was so much better than a motel!! All of the basic necessities are provided and everything was very clean. Being prior military with a lot of overseas trips, we enjoyed the decor and appreciated the details.

This home had everything covered for the kitchen and bedrooms. We cooked on most days and enjoyed the experience. The backyard had multiple opportunities to watch birds. We enjoyed movies on the large screen television.

This property was great location with quick access to major areas in Spokane. Good area and plenty of parking. Safeway grocery store just a few blocks away. House had nice decor and contained thoughtful amenities.

This little place is amazing if you want to get away from the noise and the crowds. Renters were amazing to work with and had very fast responses. The home was clean, quiet, and you could tell they think of the little things. The personal touches were very welcomed. Would recommend this property to anyone.
