We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Casa! It's beautifully maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and all the thoughtful touches made it a wonderful visit. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed one night while passing through but Dan and Rosalie were great at getting us settled in, place was clean and great location

It was very clean and well stocked. The location is nice and convenient to many restaurants and stores. The use of the garage is rare at vrbos.

We have stayed in several VRBO properties and have always been satisfied. However, this one was a solid 10. Would highly recommend - good location, very clean, well equipped (inside and outside). Owners great to work with when adding 1 person to original reservation. Easy check-in and check-out. If in the Grand Junction area again I would most definitely rent this property again.

Dan was absolutely friendly and so wonderful to work with! We had a last minute change to our itinerary and he was very understanding. My dad absolutely loved the house! It was a great little getaway!! We definitely recommend this family and house!

Very lovely home in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and was spotless. We felt very much at home here. Dan and Rosali are the best hosts you could ask for!!!

Dan and Roseli are amazing people. They met us at the house to introduce themselves and show us around. We had a great conversation and in addition to the literature on things to do that they left in the house, they also suggested other things to do while we spoke. Dan followed up with us days later to make sure everything was still going smooth for us. We loved our experience and will definitely stay again the next time we go out there !!

We all enjoyed are stay at Cozy Casa. Everything was as advertised and Dan was a great host. The central location in Grand Junction made it easy for us to visit the Palisade Wine Country, downtown Grand Junction and the Colorado National Monument. Would highly recommend for those traveling with a group of friends or family!

We visited Grand Junction for my birthday mini-vacation and enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Casa immensely! Dan and Roseli welcomed us to the home and gave us a walk-through to show us around the home and were easily accessible via text or phone call if we had questions or needed anything. Dan and Roseli have taken great strides to assire their VRBO location was fully stocked with everything travelers could possibly need while away from home. It is very apparent that they take great pride in providing a wonderful "home away from home" experience. The home is beautifully decorated and has just the right 'ambiance' for anyone visiting the area. Check-in and Check-oit instructions were easy to follow. My husband, daughter and I had a great time and should we visit the area again, we'd certainly love to be able to stay at the Cozy Casa!

Everything was great at the Cozy Casa. We were in town to drop off our daughter at CMU. The place is centrally located to just about everything and was great for us!

No complaints about our stay only wanted to mention a couple of thing that might effect others...... house was equipped with a swamp cooler not A/C which is common for this area. There was some traffic noise in the back of the house which didn't bother me but if someone was a light sleeper and had windows open could be an issue. For us it was a great stay. The house was better than expected and super clean. The owners are super sweet and thought of everything. Beds are comfy with plenty of pillows.

The house was amazing. Very clean and tidy. Was very spacious and had all the things we needed to cook and be comfortable. I definitely recommend
