We had a lovely stay. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful, the property is gorgeous, and our bed was the most comfortable we've slept on during our vacation. I'm not sure what we enjoyed more: the pancakes at breakfast, hanging out at the beach in the afternoons, or chatting with all the people we met during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and honestly wished we could have stayed longer!
A special mention goes to the owners, Lee-Anne and Tim, who made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. Their personal and warm hospitality, the lovely conversations and the genuine interest in their guests made our stay feel very special.
The property itself is beautiful, peacefully located slightly elevated, with a lovely atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was absolutely sensational – every meal was a highlight. The entire team was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive, and we really appreciated the personal service throughout our stay.
For surfers, the location is fantastic, with great surf opportunities nearby and daily 2 boatrides. It was exactly the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy good food, surf and simply feel at home.
And of course, Coco the dog and Hunter the cat deserve a special mention too – both are absolutely adorable and added to the charm of the place.
Thank you, Lee-Anne, Tim and the whole team, for such a wonderful stay. We would have happily stayed much longer and hope to come back one day!

Ombak is in a great location to access the rest of the village, and to get to the beach. For surfers, you can hire boards and get a ride to the beach and boat ride out to Insides twice a day, but also if you want to go out at other times it's really easy to just walk to the beach and hire boards and boat rides directly from locals (and if the beach break is working you don't even need a boat ride!). We also enjoyed the easy walks to different warungs and restaurants in town to try out different food and vibes.
