Short car ride or take a bike ride on the bike path to Grand Haven Beach and Boardwalk (we provide 4 bikes!). Spring Lake restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Second story deck with patio furniture and grill off living room for morning coffee and evening relaxation, excellent location for a waterfront vacation. Stroll on the dock to neighboring Marina where dining and a lively Tiki bar are just steps away from your condo. Charter boat rentals are also available at the Holiday Isle Marina nearby. Enjoy sunsets from your deck/patio or at the beach, walks on the pier and the world famous musical fountain only minutes away. Brad and Joy’s home was spectacular! It is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in and supplied copious amenities and supplies. It is the perfect distance to downtown Grand Haven, beaches, hiking, shops and restaurants. My friends and I loved exploring the area and having a clean, comfortable and beautiful living space to come home to each night. We will definitely visit again!

Master bed was very comfortable and twin beds room was perfect for kiddos who need a dark place to sleep. All amenities were thought through with paper products, kitchen supplies, etc. Great outdoor patio to enjoy the lake views. Notched one star on cleanliness because the oven was unusable and burnt food starting smoking it up as soon as we turned it on. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

What a great place. My family really enjoyed our stay. Brad and Joy do a great job of having a good supply of the little things like shampoo, soap, trash bags, laundry detergent etc… so you don’t have to spend your vacation shopping for them. It was really appreciated!

My husband and I visit Grandhaven often this property was the best one by far. The host are amazing everything we want and more, came with everything we were looking for in a peaceful getaway 😁👌🏽 and we cannot wait to book for a future getaway

Our first visit to western Michigan coast, we had a great time exploring from the Warren Sand Dunes to Holland up to Muskegon and beyond! The condo is in an awesome location right next to Grand Haven, was beautiful, check-in and out was easy, and hosts provided great restaurant recs!
Upstairs gets warm as the air conditioning doesn’t seem to get up there easily, but was easily remedied with the box fans provided!

All around great experience. The owners were very responsive to questions ahead of time and very accommodating with requests. The condo was well stocked with anything you need and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy drive to Grand Haven and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Water Views
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was the perfect location, right on the water and only a 4-5 minute drive from all the local Grand Haven shops and restaurants. The food in the area was amazing! The only thing I’d say is the condo needs a good deep clean. It was good for us since we were only there for a couple days but a good deep clean of everything would be great. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay in Spring Lake!
We enjoyed the comfort of this cute condo during a long weekend stay in Spring Lake for a wedding. The entire process was so easy - the owners are wonderful to work with and check in was a breeze. The condo was perfect for our family of four, had all the necessary amenities and was clean as a whistle! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here for three nights. The description was accurate and we had everything we needed. The master bed was very comfy as was the bed in the loft. The small room with the twin beds off the loft is really best for younger kids and in the summer it’s a little warm if you close the door. The condo is close to lots of great places to visit and the bikes that Brad and Joy offered were such a nice bonus to be able to ride around and sight see. Would definitely stay here again.

July 4 getaway
Property was very clean and well maintained. Location to Spring Lake trail loop and downtown was awesome. There was coffee and laundry detergent available to use which was a nice touch. Would recommend to friends and family

This property was attractive, well appointed and clean. We were 5 women in town to play in a golf tournament so 2 of us shared the king bed and the other 3 of us had the 2 twin beds and the queen. There were a couple of snafus. The first was that there was no top sheet on one of the twin beds. We contacted the owner and he responded quickly and pointed us to a new sheet set in the closet. However, it had not been laundered and we were ready for bed and not in the mood to wash sheets. The other criticism is that the twin beds are horribly uncomfortable and the space they were in claustrophobic, at least for adults. One of us ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. So I would recommend this place for at most 4 adults who could share both the queen and king beds. The twin beds are intolerable for adults but may be acceptable for young children.
Also be aware that the amenities are pretty spartan. All of the sinks had hand soap but you will need to bring shampoo and shower soap. There was not a single box of tissues to be found and I’ve never seen such thin toilet paper.
Be aware that taller guests may find the shower heads and ceiling in the showers a bit low. The pull-up knobs to start the shower spray are also extremely hard to work.
The best part about our stay is the excellent responsiveness of the owner. All inquiries were responded to immediately in a friendly and accommodating manner.

This condo was the perfect property for our two week visit to West Michigan. Enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of the waterfront just outside our deck.

Just happy surprises here! Spacious and organized, we felt right at home.The main floor is laid out well, large bedroom and main bathroom in the front, living quarters situated toward the back with an entire wall of windows. The half-moon window near the ceiling let in ample light. The kitchen has a long working counter with stools for visiting while cooking. My 13yo son LOVED this! As well as the full loft upstairs!!! A large area with queen bed, a small sofa, his own television, a full bathroom, he was so sooooo happy to get away from us when he needed his space. PERFECT!A separate dining table with four chairs and over-stuffed sofas made us feel so comfy. I would imagine the summer would be spectacular with the large deck and grill overlooking the water. Close to shops and food, we felt well served.We arrived on Friday fairly late and managed to settle in and enjoy a late-night snack and some Adam Sandler on the large television.A stocked, organized kitchen, I was able to make a full gourmet breakfast, to my boys' delight. The bathrooms had plenty of fresh towels and made my personal morning routine a breeze. Grand Rapids to GVSU is just a hop-skip-and-jump. Upon return, the heating worked like a charm -- no hassle trying to keep everyone comfortable. We discovered a big collection of board games and enjoyed ourselves with playing and watching SNL. Neighbors were quiet and discreet.We originally chose Muskegon area for the Muskegon Sports Complex (https://www.michigan.org/property/muskegon-luge-adventure-sports-park); however, we found that the luge activity is booked roughly 6 weeks in advance, so we skipped and went sledding (brought our own) and made snowmen and a snow fort. I found a crockpot and made a Valentine's fondue dessert ...Grand Haven is the next city over and boasted the lighthouse and a yummy Mexican lunch on our way home. We already mentioned seeing about renting for the summer -- loads of summer fun nearby!I should leave a negative review so it doesn't get booked ;) But I just can't! Thank you so much for opening your place to my family. Thoroughly enjoyed.
