Nice layout of the condo. Clean though you need to bring shampoo and body wash also hair dryer. Location was close to everything. You can catch the free trolley right across the street which is a great way to see the area. Pickleball courts right up the road and everyone was super friendly. We had a great stay even though the weather was not the best.

The property was good and centrally located for our needs. The check in was ok as the host has to meet you at the property. The host called the day of our check in to advise that he would meet us at 4p for check in and would only wait 10-15 minutes for us. This was not indicated on the listing. Not sure what we would have done if we were late. The space was nice enough, but amenities were minimal. One bath towel per person so we had to do laundry a few times. I get it’s not a hotel, but a few extra would have been nice. There were no extra blankets with the exception of one. The sheets for the air mattress were flannel, which isn’t as great in the summer. Rooms were spacious but the mattresses seemed older. The bedrooms did not have any room darkening blinds or curtains so it was kind of bright in the morning. The condo is situated next to the hwy and another busy street so it could be a tad noisy. We did not open the windows. While there we had an issue with a little smoke from our oven which is harder to clear out due to the high ceilings. The smoke alarms went off and it was a bit before they stopped. I tried to reach the host, but got no answer, so I did not leave a message. There was also a issue with a stand up fan that got bumped over in the night and a leg broke. The host was notified and he delivered a new one two days later, still in the box for us to put together if we wanted to use it. We chose not to. Pool was very nice, just not on the property.

We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. Everything was as described in the listing and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. I liked that there were 2 parking spots in the garage, so we were able to leave our cargo carrier and pool floats in the extra spot. The swimming pool was very nice, but it is located at the marina next door, so you have to walk or drive to it. Also, there is a lot of traffic on the main road near the condo building, which can be heard in the condo. Neither issue was a big concern, but just something to be aware of. Overall, it was very nice.

Was very impressed with the amenities in the condo and Barrett Boat Works. We took in the sunset every night at the marina, used the grills and just enjoyed the peace of the area. Loved the quiet of Spring Lake and the closeness of GH. We had a great week and would consider Lake Pointe Condos again.

The lovely and generally comfortable condo provided a wonderful week long stay for our annual girls trip. The location is great for restaurants and a variety of activities. However, we chose the condo because it is advertised as handicap accessible. In order to be truly handicap accessible, the bathroom attached to the only downstairs bedroom needs a toilet that is the correct height for handicapped individuals and the shower needs to have a shower head with a hand held attachment. That said, if your purpose to stay in the condo is not for handicap accessible reasons, this condo is truly a great choice.

It was nice. And looked like it did online. The condo was spacious and reasonably priced. We love the location, pool, walking path, shops, washer & dryer. Also John was very accommodating w questions. And came right out to replace a bulb/ fix a sink. Some suggestions: -Pool towels and hair dryer (and list this online). - better furniture layout…. Couch was small and I had to move things around to accommodate myself like bedside tables. - dark master bedroom- get lighter furniture, painting, bedding and new lamps w bright bulbs. - allow renters to check themselves in if they’d prefer. I appreciate being met snd showed around but we were all exhausted and wanted to just check in after a long trip - the condo association needs more than one small cart for renters to check in. It wasn’t avail at checkout and it was a lot physically for us to get out of 3rd floor…. Lots of trips down to car. The upstairs nook was great for separation so some could watch tv/ play games. I also loved they had an air mattress which we used.

This condo is centrally located with easy bike or car access to downtown Grand Haven and Spring Lake. Nice amenities including a pool, walking/bike path, and Spring Lake. John was very helpful showing us around and communicating everything throughout the stay.

We enjoyed staying at this location near the marina. The kids (ages ranged from 12-2) enjoyed the pool and watching the boats in the marina. It was only a short distance to the beach, we liked being a little removed from the busyness of that area. The unit was great but would've been better for a child a little older than 2 years old (a glass coffee table, end table and large mirror). I would only suggest having more towels and possibly adding a pillow top to the beds as they were very hard. Overall we enjoyed our 1st time to Michigan!

Loved our stay at Lake Pointe! The condo easily accommodated our group and was the perfect place for our family vacation. Loved being on the marina and being able to see all the boats. John was great to work with and was helpful with any questions we had. Would go back again!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, well stocked, and located in a prime spot. Our host was great. And the condo was even better than shown in the pictures. It’s spacious with a separate sitting area upstairs. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of living space. The kitchen is large with everything you need. The building is secure, with a great parking area. Loved the pool. It was fun to be so close to everything and next to Spring Lake, yet out of the chaos that can be Grand Haven in the summer. I highly recommend this condo … we’d love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It connected to biking/walking trails. The pool was heated and the kids loved swimming every day. Would highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was spacious and gave us plenty of room to not be all over one another. The property management was responsive to any of our needs.I only have a few minor gripes overall. First, the mattresses need to be replaced. All of them were borderline 8 ~ 10 years old, and I didn’t find any of the beds to be very comfortable. Granted, I’ve read reviews that stated the beds were amazing, and I understand that individual comfort will vary, but I would highly recommend them being replaced.Also, the floors and bathrooms were not what I would consider “clean”, indicative of the fee charged for it; however, upon stating the concerns to property management, they sent a crew back out to correct it post haste.

Very beautiful spacious condo with wonderful walking trails right out the door. Covered garage and security was a plus. Really nice to be able to have washer/dryer available. No regrets.
