About this condo rental
Situated in Old Orchard Beach, this charming condo for $253 per night is a great option for your next trip. This property is known as JK Rentals. It has 3 units that are attached to one another consisting of 3 two bedroom /1 bath units each sleeping 6 people. We are located less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, Pier, Amusement Park, shops and restaurants. You can literally park your car and walk to everything! The property has a shared green space in the back with a share gas grill as well as covered sitting areas along 2 of the 3 units as well as a front-street facing patio with table and chairs perfect for people watching! Each unit has 1 parking spot included in your reservation. If you are in need of additional parking spots, we can accommodate you for a nominal fee at our Seashell Cottages property if we have the space. Please ask! We have a beautiful opportunity for multiple friend and family groups to come vacation together yet have your own separate space for relaxation. This unit, known as the Morgan, is named after our youngest child. Make sure you look at all 3 of our units to pick your favorite one, or book more than one to accommodate large families or groups. The Morgan is an immaculate 2 bed, 1 bath unit, and seconds to everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. The amusement park and beach are only a 3-5 minute walk. This unit has 1 parking spot included, a gas grill that is shared with 2 other units, and picnic tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortably. Linens will be provided for all beds including pillows, blankets, and sheets. We also will be providing shower towels. Please bring beach towels. The bathroom has a convenient walk in shower. We will also be including a beach caddy on wheels for easy carrying of your beach items to take to the beach with you. This also has a great front covered porch to sit on and relax! Enjoy your morning coffee right there! People watching is always fun from your porch. The futon in this unit does pull out for extra sleeping space and we provide bedding for that as well. This unit is so close to the center you can see Lisa's Pizza from the front steps!!! You will find the unit clean and comfortable. Included in your unit are the following items, dish soap, pots, pans, dishes, dish towels for drying, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shower towels, makeup remover pads, hair dryer, iron and board, and a coffee pot with filters. Amazing location! The only thing to do is have fun!

The property is perfect for families, and it's super close to the beach and all the activities in Old orchard. Karen, the owner is super accommodating and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Every year my sisters and sister in law get together for a girl’s weekend. We chose this spot after our weekend last year in Boothbay Harbor. The owners of this property were wonderful and we were able to chat with them a bit during our stay. They were very nice and accommodating. Thank you.

Rental was clean, very comfortable , walking distance to down town and events that were going on. Communication with owner was a text message away once you check in she answered as soon as you sent her a text !! Will rent this location again !!

Our stay with JK Rentals was great! Awesome communication and excellent location. Arcade and amusement park was just a minute or two walk! The rental was clean as a whistle and the checkin process was seamless, we even were able to check in early, which we appreciated! The only thing we were bummed about is having to go to Walgreens down the street to get toilet paper - because we were only left with a half a roll for a 3 night stay. We assumed there would be an extra roll lying around but there wasn't and we didn't want to bother the owners at 8:30 pm. Not a big deal at all, just wanted to point it out. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfectly perfect beach cottage!
This place is adorable! Impeccably clean and has everything you need! Karen (the host) was always very quick to respond to the few quick questions I had. Quick walk to the Pier and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Tout était bien. À quelques pas de la plage et de toutes les activités! L’endroit était propre! Le seul bémol, et ce n’était vraiment pas grand-chose, c’est qu’il manquait d’accessoires de cuisine; une seule coupe à vin, aucun accessoire pour le homard par exemple...
Mais sinon, nous le recommandons! Nous étions 4 amies avec un enfant de 1 an et demi et nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Best place to stay with your family in OOB!!!
My family and I have been staying at this property for several years. It is very clean and the owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. Last year my son had locked us out of the bathroom on accident. We called the owners Karen and Janet and they came quicker than I ever anticipated. They had to remove the door knob and install a new one. They laughed about it and was understanding. I would recommend this property for everyone interested in staying in OOB! It is located close to all the entertainment as well as the beach.

Pretty and perfectly located!
Excellent location for walking to all attractions, yet quiet enough at night to sleep. Beds comfy but a bit tight for 4 adults. Great kitchen space and lovely hosts. We will be coming back!!

Karen and Janet were great hosts and the accommodations were immaculate. The place we stayed was very cute and everything was perfectly clean. We especially loved the beach cart that they left for guests to use! Would most certainly stay here again!

Last minute get away!
After having to cancel our 10 day vacation to the Keys we decided to atleast get away for a few days. I came across this adorable cottage rental and booked it!
It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to the main road which offered plenty of cute stores, restaurants, bars etc.
Owners were super easy to correspond with and we'd love to rent from them again and would recommend to anyone heading to Old Orchard Beach.

Morgan's Way: What an awesome place to stay.
Upon arrival we found the cute cottage to be very clean and everything was there that we needed. We enjoyed the fact that we were just a 5 minute walk to everything that a family would enjoy doing including the beach, midway and all the cute shops. Karen and Jan were so accommodating and I had the pleasure of meeting Karen. Thank you so much for helping to make our vacation a memorable one. Cannot wait to go back next year.
