Great apartment in an excellent location. Spotless and comfortable . . . Everything works . . . We stayed one night. The apartment and the neighborhood justify a longer visit next time. Went to dinner and a Blazers game at MODA Center. They won!

Great place to stay near the Albert Arts district. Clean, well appointed ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The owner communicates well and was a delight to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Three friends and myself stayed at this location, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. There was enough bedding for everyone, the place was very clean, and it even allowed for me to bring my dog. The property manager checked in on us to make sure that we were doing okay, and had everything we needed. When we arrived there was a complimentary bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful! We plan to do a trip like this again sometime in the future, and I hope this place is still available.

We were very happy with our stay in the VRBO. Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. All the conveniences of home in a very walkable area with restaurants, bars and a small grocery store. Would stay again.

The place was perfect for our short weekend stay in Portland! We had good communication with the host and appreciated the pet friendly accommodations. We really liked the private entrance and quiet neighborhood. There are a few good restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. We would stay again!

Great rental for my family of 4. Excellent location, easy walking to many restaurants and shops. Very clean, communication with owner was great! Plenty of street parking, no issues at all. Very safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Our host was amazing! His communications are clear, concise and extremely timely. The house is well equipped and we needed nothing extra to enjoy our stay. In addition, the unit was clean and very peaceful. Would definitely recommend!!!

We came to sight see in Oregon mainly, but also wanted to see a couple of sites in Washington. This was a nice location. There was pretty much all you could need within walking distance. It was so nice to have a home base to come back to each night. Having a washer and dryer was super helpful.

We love that we felt part of a neighborhood and could stroll to the end of the street and enjoy food and drinks! This little apartment was so nice and clean! Also it was well equipped and comfortable! We will be back as our son lives here! Thanks for sharing this sweet apartment!

Leafy, lovely October in Portland is the best…and Michael’s apartment was perfect. Spotless, cozy, with fun vintage touches, the apartment has extremely comfortable beds, nice linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Bars, restaurants, retail and two beautiful parks are within walking distance from the apartment. Lovely place, lovely neighborhood, beautiful Portland!

A lovely neighborhood. Many families in the area with beautiful modern and vintage craftsman homes. This property is modern, exceptionally clean, and well laid out. Everything was perfect and I immediately felt at home. Walking distance to everything you need and a short drive to downtown. Parks within walking distance. Concordia around the corner. Be sure to try some of the excellent coffee at Extracto! Michael was a wonderful host. A++

Property is comfortable, simple, and great location. Two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment which was nice for people with different bedtimes. It was quiet at night. Right across the street from a cafe and restaurant. Walking distance to grocery and pharmacy.

This place exceptional. Me and my family really enjoyed and appreciated the environment. This check was so smooth. Very centrally located. Easy access to restaurants, shopping centers etc…. We will stay here again for all our future stay. Requesting Michael to look into walk access for very heavy languages. Everything was perfect. More than what we expected.

Perfectly fit my parents, my husband and I, and our 2-month old. We were there on two 90+ degree days and it was nice and cool on the bottom floor. The bottle of wine was a nice touch, too!

Everything that anyone would need was in the apartment, and it was just a very short walk to coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores. The space was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was all very easy, as was check-in. I’m sure we will be using this VRBO in the future when we have family visit.

Spartan but convenient apartment

Loved the location, ease of check in. Very clean. It’s smaller than it looked in the photos and because it’s somewhat of a basement, it’s kind of dark and chilly feeling. Furnishings are a little spartan and I have to admit as over 65 travelers, the hard IKEA foam beds were very uncomfortable. Also I’m somewhat vision impaired and there wasn’t a lot of lighting. Adding some more lamps for reading and seeing in the kitchen would be nice. But really we were only there for two nights so we survived. Probably wouldn’t recommend this for a long term stay to a senior traveler! Many younger travelers would probably have no issue with this.
