About this house rental

Located in Santa Rosa, this lovely house for $295 per night is a great option for your next break. Our modern house has everything you could ask for when visiting the wine country: expansive decks, outdoor furniture and a high-end grill to enjoy the outdoors. Our living room has contemporary furniture with glass, accordion doors that bring the outside in. Great views of lots of open space. WiFi enabled. Enjoy our wireless Sonos stereo system. Stream a movie using NetFlix or Amazon Prime. (Unfortunately, we do not have cable channels. ) The house, equipped with air conditioning, has plenty of privacy and shares two acres with a main house, which is next door. It's set amongst California live oaks and Bay trees. A “winter” creek runs through the property. We have redtail hawks, wild turkeys, deer and the occasional fox. Take a walk down the quiet country lane or better yet, bring bikes and enjoy one of Sonoma’s best biking regions. We are in walking distance of one of Sonoma’s best regional parks, Annadel State Park. Historic Jack London State Park is only 15 minutes by car and Sugarloaf State Park is 10 minutes away. The cute town of Kenwood is only five minutes by car. Glen Ellen’s top rated restaurants are 15 minutes and the downtown of Sonoma is 25 minutes. Quiet and secluded, the house is also just minutes from some of Sonoma Valley’s best and most picturesque wineries, including Ledson, Kunde and St. Francis. Go green. I loved the green meadow, gentle hills, and the babbling brook right next to this very comfortable new home. Sit outside, watch the great variety of birds, listen to the brook, breath in the clean air - just what the soul wanted. Come inside and enjoy comfortable, light and bright space.

What an Amazing property! We spent our Thanksgiving at Eric's home and we were astounded at how cozy and homey this house was. So relaxing and peaceful! Waking up in the morning to the sun streaming in through the glass walls overlooking the gorgeous grounds and trees was an absolute pleasure. The whole house was very well appointed, from the comfortable beds to all the closet space and the stylish artwork on the walls. Great & spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic living room with the fireplace and top-notch television made enjoying Turkey Day football outstanding. But above all, was the chefs kitchen...and this is coming from a chef. Everything I needed to do Thanksgiving was there and high end. Thanks Eric! Once again, Amazing! We'll be back to enjoy the wrap-around deck and outdoor grill!

The house was just nice for my family of 3. It was very clean, and was tastefully decorated. We used the outdoor grill every night and enjoyed just chilling out indoors everyday. Eric communicated very well and offered us the use of his Nespresso machine from the other modern house located next door.

This was a mother/daughter trip to celebrate moms bday. Home is beautifully set in the back hills of various vineyards. Very quiet, quaint, and modern decor. All amenities were top notch and high quality. We loved our time at this home and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible, secluded, and modern home! We saw plenty of deer, wild turkeys, and long-eared rabbits. The home and amenities are beautiful. We were able to visit Napa Valley, Sonoma, and the surrounding cities. The vineyards were incredible!

This was the perfect place for a week of relaxation and a launching point for lots of beautiful local walks/hikes and great restaurants. We enjoyed mornings on the expansive porch with a cup of coffee and a wildlife parade. With the large sliders, we enjoyed indoor/outdoor living throughout the day. We'll definitely be returning to this gem in Kenwood.

This was a perfect spot, just off the path but had all the modern essentials. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet driving distance to anything you need. We didn’t get to explore the trails or go for a run, but seemed like many great options. Priced well and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Eric for being a great host.

We enjoyed being immersed in nature and yet minutes from great dinning, shopping, and touring wine region. Property is as described, pristinely clean, well equipped including soap, shampoo, and paper products, and bedding is very comfortable. We had a small issue at check in which was resolved by owner immediately. HIGHLY RECOMEND!

Our family enjoyed staying at this brand new home in the heart of Sonoma. After a day of wine tastings, we relaxed on the deck watching deer in the yard and warmed up to the fireplace in the modern living room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine and was very attentive to any questions or needs we had. You will love your stay here.
