I travel every year using hotels and apartments through Booking.com.
In the past 5 years I have never come across an apartment so beautifully positioned, well equipped and clean.
Gigi was a wonderful host who greeted us at the open air car park and explained the whole property, its amenities and the strict garbage regimen in place throughout Italy. Between comprehension, Google Translate and hand gestures we felt so welcome and comfortable. Such a change from videos, lock boxes etc.
The jacuzzi was kept at a perfect temperature and was cleaned I believe daily while sleeping.
Open the gate from the outdoor area and you have your feet in the water, hence the property’s name. I dream of this place every night

Posizione senza eguali per chi ama il mare, sono state superate grandemente le aspettative che avevamo sia in termini di comodità che di servizi forniti. Molto gentile il proprietario e anche il Sig. Gigi che si è occupato della nostra accoglienza. Pulizia della struttura eccellente.

The property was newly renovated with a new kitchen and appliances and furniture, and situated on the ground level with beach access and 270 degree views of the beautiful bay. The outdoor deck space was very comfortable and allows us to make great use of the outdoor space and enjoy nature. The fresh water shower was also a great feature especially with young kids. The AC worked quite well and the beds were comfortable. Gigi our host was amazing- extremely responsive, hospitable and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable, and made us feel at home from the minute of our arrival.
There seems to be some municipal power issues which restricted hot water, and the usage of the dishwasher.
