About this house rental
Situated in Clarksville, this attractive house for $130 per night is a great option for your next break. Rustic, off-grid, solar powered, 30 year old, log cabin with direct trail access for snowmobiles and 4-wheelers. Cabin sits on private 25 acres bordering NH state land. Located within a mile of downtown Pittsburg and Lake Francis. Sleeping loft is accessed by spiral staircase that has one full and 2 twin beds. One full bath on the main floor. Kitchen is well equipped. Generator backup for those cloudy days. Enjoy the stars away from lights as you sit by the fire pit and being at your own private camp with no neighbors in sight. When not out enjoying Clarksville and the surrounding area, stay in and curl up to a good book or enjoy some of the games and puzzles provided. There are even a few toys for the kids. The area has cell coverage. Sit on the front porch and look out towards Lake Francis. Owners live nearby. NOTE- holidays/long weekends require minimum 3 nights Snowmobile/ATV season weekends - 2 night minimum

The location was exactly as shown and convenient to Pittsburg restaurants. Right on the ATV trail. Host was extremely responsive!! The camp was very clean!! Thank you Linda

The quaint, cozy cabin is always spotless when we arrive. Linda and David are readily available if you need anything. If you like snowmobiling, 4 wheelers or wandering around back roads, this is the perfect spot! This is the only place I'll stay up north.

Very cute cabin with all the amenities you would possibly need. ATV trails and lots of wildlife nearby. Hosts are excellent communicators. Highly recommend for an “unplugged” getaway!

My boyfriend and I came up here with our dogs for a long weekend. This cabin had everything from pits and pans to salt/pepper and oil. The cabin is a short walk to the water and a close drive to many trails with beautiful waterfalls! I would absolutely come back here. Linda was very helpful with local suggestions and is easy to get in touch with!

Perfect for our getaway. The husband and I were looking for a quiet place were we could celebrate out anniversary and do some snowmobile riding. Trail was easily accessible from the property and the owners were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely be wanting to rent this summer.

Great time, House sits right on the trail system! The house was prefect for us. the owner lives very close and was very easy to communicate with. Driveway was plowed everyday so we never worried about getting snowed in. Owner would come by to clean off the solar panels if it snowed and grab any trash we had.

The hosts were very nice, helpful, and responsive. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The parking area was large so it was easy to maneuver a truck towing 2 snowmobiles.

This place was perfect! Awesome yard for the dog to run around on, super clean and has everything you need. Will be coming back to take advantage of the trail systems!

It is a very relaxing place. Very nice people to deal with. You can't beat the location, great place for walks, loons calling at night. Very peaceful. I mentioned it was my woman's birthday and arrived with a note and a hanging thing saying happy birthday. She enjoyed everything. Thank you.

My husband and I enjoyed every minute we spent at this wonderful cabin/ the only thing we didn’t like is having to leave. We definitely plan to come back! Linda and David were perfect hosts and just live down the street, so I got to enjoy visiting with them. I also found the blueberry farm they recommended and had so much fun picking those huge, delicious blueberries. My husband loved being able to walk across the street and down the path for fishing and swimming. It truly was our home away from home!!

It was exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient location, our dog loved it, and many nights we sat out on the porch and ate our dinner and played cards. We had a great vacation.

This was a great vacation, the parking area was well plowed and easy to use given we needed to manage a snowmobile trailer and truck. The snowmobile trail was easy to find. The cabin was warm, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. we plan to return.

This was an amazing experience! The location is beautiful, and the cabin was perfect. Small and cozy with a huge yard! Our hosts were beyond helpful, and went above and beyond when we experienced car trouble on the last day. They even took our kids on a golf cart ride! We will definitely be back again!
