Clean quiet and great fishing

This place was everything we were looking for. We will be back soon!

Great hidden location. Very relaxing and pet friendly. If you love to fish; this is the cabin to stay in!

We were swarmed by bats, we caught amazing fish, chased chipmunks. We saw deer, coyotes, and a bald eagle. We slept great. We went to see the stars. It was all amazing. We had a wonderful time!

By no means perfect but it served it purpose. Fished every morning and evening. Caught lots of fish.

Great porch for relaxing. Enjoyed watch the fishermen and the boats coming and going. Enjoyed UTV riding and fishing. Kitchen was equipped with the basics. Enough dishes for a small gathering. No stove or oven. Two burner camp stove with extra fuel.

I want to start out by saying the view was amazing and the fishing was great as well. But there is MANY places around this place that probably have better service!! Let’s start with the day of our reservation, I never received any emails or messages from the host with the rental instructions. I reached out to the host and all he gave me was the address. I messaged back and asked if there was a lock box code or anything. He stated no the keys are just hanging up. Nothing more was said. We get to the rental and it’s dark out. The host wasn’t even so kind to leave on any kind of lights. There is no service out there so calling or messaging him was not an option. We had our RV with us which I had also asked him about. He stated there was plenty of parking for it. When we got there it did have full hook ups for the RV. For an additional price. I told him you didnt specify it would be more. This gentleman was argumentive and condecending. Not to mention he used the f word in front of my parents and my children every other word. His excuse was he was sick and he shouldnt be dealing with people right now. Hate to break it to the guy but he is the host. Not to mention there was no instructions anywhere for the Wifi password or the satellite code. I had to try to find him in the dark with no service to get this information. And he acted put out. The Wifi did not work. There was no extra garbage bags. There is a tub and shower but be warned you’ll be using cold water. There’s no DVD player as stated in the listing. He said there never was one, but crazy there is DVD in the cabin. There was no toilet paper or kitchen rags to clean with. Well stocked kitchen is an exaggeration. He said well just text me with what you need but then ignores the text. Then his sink and everything backed up. And this guy tried to blame it on my children. Stating either my granddaughter who’s not even walking or my 3 year old put a washrag or wipes in the sink or toilet. Couldn’t be his fault at all. Which it ended up being. When i told him it wasn’t my kid he rolled his eyes and said of course not. I also want to point out we cooked every meal but one in our RV instead of the cabin. Because there is a little propane cook stove and it’s not well stocked with supplies. The host if he is the owner needs to take some hospitality classes. And if he’s not the owner he should be replaced.

Thankfully, there were only four of us, had there been five or more the house would have been crowded - only one bathroom, not enough living room space for all to sit comfortably, and not enough kitchen ware or cooking ability (the stove was a two burner camping stove) to adequately provide for none or ten visitors. Also, no dishwasher. However, for the four of us it was very comfortable. There were fantastic biking, hiking and kayaking opportunities. There seemed to be lots of fish in the lake for those who enjoy that sport as well.

Property just as described. Lakefront and clean as can be. Will be staying there again.

Easy, fun, clean and comfortable. My daughter ha free best time and is already planning out next trip here again. Bunk- bed heaven for her.

Was very excited to surprise my hudband with this cabin. Arranged to arrive early from Zions National Park in ordet to enjoy the lake. Drove around for over an hour. GPS took us to an empty field. Neighbors were not familiar with this address. No internet access so could not acces info to make a call. Finally went to nearby General Store to use their internet. Employee there recognized the building and gave us directions. When we arrive at the destination, were told that the owner had closed everything up for the season and left town. Showed them my confirmation and was told that the address was incorrect. They did alloe us to sleep in the cabin. Brought fresh sheets and towels. Offered to build us a fire. We did have to make our own bed but they were willing to make it for us. Honestly, cabin wasnt very clean but thats understandable if they werent expecting us. Had an abundance of spiders. Lol. This is meant to be a fishing cabin and has quite a few bunks on one end so as to accommodate a crowd. If you approaxh it with those expectations, you wont be disappointed. We fished right outside the cabin. If you are looking for a luxury resort, you might be disappointed. Still havent figured out why the owner wasnt aware of our reservation.

The cabin was much roomier than I expected and had everything we expected and more. The place is right on the lake and the property manager was always next door if we ever needed anything. We WILL be booking this place again!

Jim was great to work with. He set us up with poles and bate to fish on the lake. One day this property will be amazing. I hope they fix the hot tub. They are fixing up the main building. There were some cobwebs and under the bed could be cleaner but they were very helpful. The property is absolutely great.

These guys really need to get their photos updated because our stay was fantastic. At first glance, we weren't sure what to expect from the pics. But the owners were really cool about having our guests over and about the music we played even tho it admittedly got loud at some points. And the place itself was literally lakeside. It was a cute cabin with a neat loft/ nested area for some beds and a nice bedroom and another bathroom in other areas. Had a head time, thanks Jim!
