About this house rental
Located in Vancouver, this lovely house for $320 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located in downtown Vancouver on Fourth Plain Blvd, on a main thoroughfare. Up to 3 cars in long driveway(PIcture) Must back out onto the street. * Car noise especially when front door and windows are open.We are on a main street so some car noise in front bedroom at times.(Downtown) Bigger than it looks from the outside, the space is almost 2200 sq. ft. There are plenty of spaces to relax whether in your rooms or various nooks around the house. *VIDEO/AUDIO CAMERA OUTSIDE 24/7 *VEHICLE NOISE especially front bedroom during busy hours. ( Downtown) *Entire home for your next business trip, conference, or vacation. *Plenty of tables and chairs around the house for work, play, and privacy. *Don't want to get stuck sleeping in common areas, futons, air mattresses, or sofa beds? We got you covered! ALL REAL BEDS ARE IN BEDROOMS. HOUSE RULES * NO SMOKING/VAPING inside of the property. Guests will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in the unit, regardless of any damages. *PLEASE DO NOT use our TOWELS AND LINENS for hair dyeing, makeup removal, shoe polishing, floor cleaning etc...other than hand drying clean bodies and hair :) -We provide facial tissue,in each bathroom, paper towels and kitchen towels under the kitchen sink. Additional charges may apply to damaged towels. -Please be respectful of property and neighbors. * NO PETS- Though not required we would appreciate it if you would inform us if bringing a service animal so we can properly clean for our next guests who might have allergies. Please keep it OFF beds and couches. * Use of "Pack N Play" must be requested IN ADVANCE. * No parties, or events, or extra guests. The stay was great, everything is clean, organized and easy to use. The street noise is quite a lot, bring ear plugs for the first floor rooms. Parking access for larger vehicles was easy. Lots of cameras outside watching the property.

Spacious (we had 9 guests), clean, convenient to the freeway, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen (utensils, appliances, dishes, cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, etc.), washer and dryer with detergent, air conditioners, fans, WiFi, board games, and much more!

Comfortable Stay
We stayed at this home with family members to attend a graduation. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and clean towels. The kitchen has all what we needed although we hardly cooked much.
On our second day, the coffee maker malfunctioned but the host, Christina, immediately provided a replacement quickly.

Great stay!
We came to Vancouver with a group of friends and Christina was a great host. The property was clean and organized and the check in and check out process was very smooth. We had a great time and would come again!

Great Place and A-1 host
We were a group of four women. We loved the ease of driving to/from town (1.3 miles & 4 minutes) where our activity was held. Liked the common space--plenty of room for four of us.
House was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and cupboards labeled for easy recognition of location of items. Beds were comfortable and many choices of pillows.
Christina communicated well and promptly.

Amazing Stay!
Christina was very responsive to questions during the booking process. She was helpful with recommendations of local must-sees and restaurants. The property is in a great, convenient location and is in excellent shape. It’s spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a group of five and there were plenty of dishes, towels, beds and seats for everyone. They offered extra toiletries and had everything in the house very organized. 10/10 would encourage you to book with Christina and her humble abode : )

Plenty of space and wonderful to have three bathrooms. Clean and comfy! And prompt communication with the host. Only challenge was figuring out how to work the heating units - but that may have just been user error/ignorance. Highly recommend!

We got snowed in during our trip and the home was perfect with great access to places by walk. Despite the freezing weather outside the home was nice and warm. The home was clean and well stocked on our arrival and we enjoyed our stay and will come back anytime. Aly was great in responding to our questions!
