The welcome and the room were perfect. Boiling hot yet nice and cool with air con. Fantastic breakfasts. The host is attentive but not intrusive.

It felt like staying with extended family. I was in the room featured in the photos. It was large and the bathroom is large, by European standards, and there is access to a small outdoor area.
It’s out of the city centre with an 8 minute walk to the tram stop Arcella.
I could occasionally hear upstairs noise, and while breakfast is best taken Italian style (sweets) the fruit and hard boiled eggs could have been fresher. The home is decoratively quite cluttered in my opinion.
