ちょうど宿泊が防空訓練と重なり、不安だったが、スタッフが説明してくれて安心できた。スタッフが皆さん友好的。部屋も広くて綺麗。タクシーも手配していただき、大変良い滞在となった。

Fantastic central location. Beautiful view of the harbour and surrounds. Great that the property had a laundromat. Service desk were professional and helpful.
One thing….the pillows were way too soft. That’s it.

It is basically a new hotel under trial operation and the room is equipped with some nice amenities such as the bidet toilet and big-screen TV. The location of the hotel is close to the metro station and some tourist spots. The staff is friendly.
Unfortunately, despite the fancy interior of the room (though there are also some useless designs such as the fake clock as a decoration), the critical problem is the terrible sound insulation. On the first night I stayed, there were more than one guest living in the room next to mine and I could hear their conversation. I was even awoken by their alarm clock around 6 am in the morning...Also, one can feel the wall shaking when they close the door. Although it could be a comfortable stay if no one is staying in the adjacent room, I have to really complain that the sound insulation is the basic of the basic for a hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel if this critical issue is not resolved.
