A beautifully re-furbished annexe within the grounds of our small family run country house hotel. The annexe is all on one level with wheelchair access. It has one double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with double sofa bed and garden seating.
The annexe is situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in a tranquil, quiet and stunning area on The Helford River. The annexe is set in a sunny, sheltered area within the grounds with patio doors onto the garden, parking and all of the modern essentials you would expect.
Beautifully renovated self contained annexe set in a sunny, sheltered area of our garden. A ground floor, accessible, detached property within the grounds of the hotel. We are a friendly, professional family who have ran the hotel for 46 years, now with three generations on site!
The exemplary standards of quality and hygiene are standard. This accommodation has one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge with lovely patio doors out to the garden.
The property stands detached within the hotel grounds, all on the ground floor with wider doorways and walk-in shower, making it ideal for those with mobility issues.
Fully modernised and re-furbished to a high standard, the annexe provides the perfect base for couples or families of four.
The area is quiet, relaxing and stunningly beautiful for a real getaway and re-charge.
The property benefits from many modern conveniences, such as sky tv and underfloor heating.

It was a late notice booking on my part, but was made to feel very welcome and all staff where very friendly and helpful.
Annexe is wonderfully located in the grounds of the hotel. Well equipped and very peaceful. Stayed in several places in Falmouth in the last 3 years, whilst our son has been at University there. Would definitely say this probably top of the list and would very happily stay here again - Thank You
