The proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. The house itself was awesome.
I thought the homes in front of the property would have been better kept up. However you can't control neighbors. Outside trash was the main issue.

If you are planning on skiing at winterplace, location is excellent. 5 minutes very convenient. House is great set up. It is an old farm house but that just adds to its charm. Worked good for our group of 14, had to squeeze a little for dinner time seating but not bad.
Only negative with large group is running out of hot water but it did recover fairly quick.
