Location. Staff was friendly. Clean comfortable rooms. Great parking spaces right in front of hotel.
Hot water heater on full hot but water did not get warm.

The distance between the shower area and the toilet bowl is too close. It should be ok except that they removed the cover of the toilet seat, so whenever I take a shower I always feel afraid my soap will slip from my hands and fall into the toilet bowl. Also, they should have put an anti-slip mat in the shower area.

proximity to the city,restaurant and convenient stores
The room I stayed is not equipped to accept guest. There is no toilet seat, the sink tap is loose, the bathroom door is not locking, no blanket provided aside from red top cover and there was no breakfast included in the booking although I was not asked if I wanted it included when I booked and realised upon checking out that if you book onsite, all rooms includes breakfast.
