The hotel is clean and room are spacious. They provide water when you asked for it. Shaded parking at the hotel.
The room is not sound proof. Can hear the Karaoke from across the road. Possible to walk to clock tower but a bit far for us. So we took the tut tut transport.

The parking. There is allot of shaded parking space and it is inside the hotel compound. So I know my car is safe. Then very convenient location. 7 eleven and restaurant just nearby the hotel. Walking distance to Betong Town.
The toilet... Although it's clean. But there is a strange smell, smells like it's coming from the sewage.

quiet location though a bit far from town. need transport to reach town but managed it as we have own transport
room a bit basic, bathroom shower cubicle water not flowing out - floor not level (room 206)
