Welcome to A Thyme for Rosemary, a quaint Rosemary Beach condo perched above Rosemary Square. This third floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, sleeps 6 and overlooks the sights of the town. Rosemary Beach was created as a small community you never have to leave. Enjoy the pedestrian boardwalks, walking trails with fitness stations, explore the butterfly garden, Sunday farmer's market, restaurants, shopping, recreational parks, white sandy beach and much more just steps from your front door. Rosemary Beach has four pools, a tennis center, bike rentals and a fitness center for you to enjoy. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is tastefully decorated and features an open concept living area, full of natural light, for a bright and relaxing space. There is a balcony off the living room overlooking Rosemary town center, a space that would be perfect for your morning coffee or watching the sunsets. The kitchen has white marble countertops and high end appliances. The master bedroom features a California king bed, a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a rain shower. The bunk room offers a customized queen-over-queen bunk with individual TV's for each bed. This room also has a private balcony and is attached to a full bathroom. An elevator is available for guest use along with one covered reserved parking spot. What should I do in Paradise? 1. We will absolutely be coming back to stay at this property. We have stayed at several properties in Rosemary/Alys/Watercolor over the years and this is hands down our favorite. The location was convenient, quaint, well decorated, clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. Lauren was so accommodating.

My wife and I enjoyed our getaway to Rosemary Beach very much. Donna and Lauren’s place was in a great location and was nicely furnished and extremely clean. It was our anniversary and our hosts acknowledged that with a card and gift which we really appreciated. The master bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the linens. Great shower too! We look forward to another trip and would happily book this unit again.

This was our second summer in a row visiting this condo and we will be back again! It’s the perfect location sitting just above Barrett Square. Close to restaurants, the beach, bike rentals, ice cream/chocolate shop, and everything you would want and need for a family beach vacation. Each balcony provides a beautiful view and we enjoyed our morning coffee daily on them. Lauren is an amazing host. If we had any questions, she was always just a text away! Highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

We had an amazing time staying at Lauren’s condo! So much that we had to bribe our 5 year old with icecream to get him to leave his awesome bunk bed! We have a teenager as well so having the queen size bunks was incredible and both boys loved their room.
The condo was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and the location was perfect.
Lauren communicated well with us and checking in was a breeze. We rented bikes and beach chairs from the company right below the condo too, which was extremely convenient. A short walk/ bike ride to the beach too!

We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this property. It has all amenities that make this property completely worth it. Walking distance to all restaurants and coffee shops. This place has it all! Condo was very well stocked and extremely clean. At times we didn’t even want to leave condo itself we were having such a lovely time! Couldn’t remember this condo enough. Host was extremely easy to get in touch with. 10/10 for your next vacation. My girlfriends parents are already planning our next vacation.

After being dropped off at the wrong location by our Uber driver, I called the property owner for help! Lauren couldn't have been nicer, and was very responsive throughout our stay. The location of the property is convenient to everything - beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We'll be back!

This property exceeded our expectations. When it is just our family of 4 we like to stay in a carriage house. This is by far the largest, nicest house we have stayed in just the 4 of us. The amenities were great. The house was very clean. Lauren was super friendly. My only comments would be that it would have been nice to keep the house at a cooler temperature; if the property offered bikes; and that there was more comfortable seating in the living area besides the sofa. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house and the location. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very nice and responsive. Had a wonderful stay overall. The only issue was the elevator did not work through the majority of our stay so we had to use the stairs all the time and to pack up everything in our car.

Perfect location in Rosemary! Easy, secure access to the condo. Conveniently across from the ice cream/chocolate store, my kids’ favorite. Short walk to one of four pools. Having a designated parking spot was another plus. Lauren was always available and responsive to any questions. We will definitely be back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the absolute best trip & loved staying in this perfect condo. Great location for walking to the shops & restaurants, and also a quick & easy walk to the beach. Beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious & had every amenity we needed. Lauren was excellent to deal with & responded super fast if I had any questions. We’re already reserving again for our trip next summer!

Wonderful location on 30a. Rosemary Beach is really a great spot with semi-private beaches, upscale dining and shopping, and beautiful properties. This location was great, right on the square. Wonderful balcony to sip coffee in the morning. Right by Charlie’s Donuts for a quick bite in the morning. Property owner was very responsive and communicative. Thanks!

Great location-made for an easy walk with seniors and toddlers to the pool, beach, & restaurants. Lauren was very easy to communicate with and Rosemary was a great place to kick off summer!!

We rented this property when we stayed in Rosemary Beach for 3 days for a family wedding. We were impressed when we got there, as it was beautifully decorated and perfect for our needs (two 50ish adults and our two teenage sons). There is a very accommodating living room with a Roku TV and comfortable couch/chairs, and well stocked kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom is nice and has its own private balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds (bunk), each bed has its own TV, and that room has a private balcony and bathroom as well (there are three balconies total at the property). We didn't use it, but there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer too. The location is outstanding (there are multiple shops and restaurants just outside the complex) and all of Rosemary Beach and Sunset Beach are easily walkable from the property. It was very safe, with coded access to take the elevator up to the third floor, and comfortable. Overall, this is a MUCH better option at 1200 square feet than a similarly-priced room at somewhere like the Pearl Hotel which offers a fraction of the space, especially for families or groups who desire separate rooms.
