Situated in Holmes Beach, this charming house for $477 per night is a great option for your next trip. Just a few short blocks with no busy roads to cross to get to the beach. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms. There are two king master bedrooms with a full bath, and two bedrooms that share a full bath. There is also a half bath, and a den that has an additional bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. A private heated pool and hot tub will make this a vacation home all year round. TV's in every room, TV outside by pool and outdoor eating area, Foosball room with TV and a ping pong table. Pets up to 25 pounds are welcome with a pet fee, so you can bring the entire family on this special Florida vacation! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your booking is with Island Real Estate Vacations. We will send you check-in instructions 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking. Island Real Estate Vacations will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee. Payment of reservation deposit is considered acceptance of all terms regardless of signature status of contract. Guest is responsible for adhering to the rental terms and dates. Any error on Guest’s part is not the responsibility of the agent. Sub-leasing of your vacation rental is strictly prohibited. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house and had an awesome Thanksgiving Break. Loved the hot tub, the huge couch and the closeness to the beach and Anna Maria Island Cafe. Thank you again!

The property was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked and all our kids got their own rooms which was important to us. We all really enjoyed the nice pool and pool area and how short the walk to the beach was. It was also great to have the ping pong table and fooseball tables to use. Only downside was the street noise.

We stayed at Casa Morado during the 4th of July. The house was ready early, which was great since we arrived earlier than expected. The house was nice and clean with no weird smells. We had plenty of dishes and space for our guest of 8. Lots of beach toys and 2 beach chairs, the wagon works but the handle is broken. The pool and patio areas were perfect! The walk to the beach takes maybe 5min with a load and is a straight shot down the residential street. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The mid island location was perfect with a trolley stop right on the corner. The pool was very clean and heated. The beach access was a 3 minute walk and the beach was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. All new furniture and beds also made sleeping and relaxing very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again.

Our group (two families with children 12 and under) had a fantastic stay! The location (although close to the main road) was perfect for beach access and well situated on the island. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We lived spending time in all the outdoor spaces. Looking forward to next year!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant enjoyed our first trip to AMI! The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great central location on the island. The pool was a great feature, but note that it is in the shade most of the day. Kristin was very accommodating and pleasure to work with! Our family is already talking about when we can go back!

This property is in the perfect location. People may complain it is adjacent to a busy street, the noise didn’t bother us at all. We had wonderful foliage to block the noise. The pool, spa and outside living space was fabulous. We spent most of the trip Out there and at the beach. Make sure to visit the far side of the island it’s less posh but the food is fabulous and the restaurant on the beach was yummy. I deducted 1 star for cleanliness and unfortunately I believe the managers can’t fully control this. There was a used towel left in the shower and the floors under the couches were dirty they had popcorn and glow sticks underneath. I cleaned it right up and enjoyed the stay. You will love this place it’s less than 6 min to the beach. Rent a golf cart too. You will have a blast!

Beautiful home. It was a BEACH vacation but honestly the kids loved the pool at the house WAY more! The beach is within a short walking distance to the house. Location is great. You are away from the much busier parts of the island. Lots of shopping nearby. House was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! We do plan on coming back and staying in this house again.

The house was awesome and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. We had everything we could have needed for a great senior trip for our girls. Kristen was so helpful and very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. Worked with us to reschedule through all the covid issues. Would definitely stay there again. Great location.

We had an awesome time! My husband and I went with our 3adult children and their significant others. Everything was as described, home was lovely, we enjoyed the pool and the beach every day. We grill a lot, so the grill with included propane was a plus. My messaging to Kristin was always answered promptly. With the COVID issues we were a little concerned but we could tell the home had been cleaned thoroughly and we were able to get all our groceries through curbside pickup at Publix and aldi’s in Bradenton. The beach was not crowded and when it got a little busy for our liking we went back to the pool. I guess the only issue was the beds were a little firm for most of us, but not much you can do about that. We have always vacationed at siesta key and my husband was a hard sell to switch, after staying in this wonderful home and all the amenities I can see us returning.

This home was perfect for our ladies trip. Very clean on arrival. Open kitchen area for hanging together, which worked well for us as we cooked every meal at the house. We had a large group, so we brought extra towels. Would highly recommend enjoying this property.

this home was the best! The best stocked rental I've ever had, eved had baby gates and box fans in each bedroom. We didn't need anything! Loved the pool and the short walk to the beach!
