If I am contacted during a weekend, I can't respond until the following Monday. The rental charge December $9900 (plus tax),for January $9900 (plus tax), February is $9950 (plus tax) March, $10,000(plus tax) & April $10,000(plus tax). I still have April 2023 available- Easter is Sunday April 9th. Contact me for various months of your choice if not listed here. Keep in mind--if your request includes a National Holiday, rates will be higher. (10-12% more) Our home has recently had the exterior painted September 2022, all driveway pavers cleaned, and restored, and a new roof installed as of November 2021. Framed by tall twisted Sea-grape trees, and Saw Palmettos, you will find our 3800 square ft.' tropical green' painted beach house, stretching up to three levels. Broken pieces of white sea shells, surround the tropical landscaping and coral pavers that make up the driveway. We built our home in 1996, and have enjoyed it as a meeting place for family reunions, friends, and Holidays. This is a house that has more windows than walls, and when you see the view, you'll understand why. Recently we updated it with new replacement windows and doors, hardy-board siding , new cabinets and granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. There are roll-a-way shutters (for impending Hurricane-USE only), central intercom & stereo system, security system, and an elevator in the home that stops at three levels. The LR has a beautiful keystone fire place, with high cypress wood ceilings. House is decorated with a 'beach motif' with comfortable furniture. The house is very open, tiled floors throughout, and has ceiling fans in every room. Two of the guest rooms have a queen size bed, and there is a large 'dorm' room on the back of the house with twin beds that sleep 6 people. The room has an adjoining large bathroom with shower (2 shower heads) and Koehler tub. Cable and flat screen TVs in every room, PlayStation in guest room, DVD player. High-speed Internet access. Printer & Fax. The covered wrap-around, screened deck area extends out behind the dining and LR areas, with a white porch swing, and comfortable patio furniture. Large 2-car garage, and separate laundry room with W/D on ground level. Ping-Pong Table under lanai area, with 2 outdoor showers; one enclosed. The master suite itself, is over 800 sq feet, surrounded by several windows overlooking the tree-tops with views of the Gulf. It makes up the top floor with a King size bed, wet-bar, keystone fireplace, home office area, sitting area with sofa, and covered deck . Adjoining is the master-bath with corner Jacuzzi, separate toilet closet with bidet, and large shower. You may receive a refund of up to 100% of your total rental payment if you provide written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, and paid with electronic check. **Travel Protection Insurance, or trip cancellation coverage is extremely important and is highly advisable. Protect your booking, your flights, etc. Make sure you're dealing with a well-known brand, like Allianz Travel Insurance, Travelex, Travel Guard or Generali Global Assistance. We had a really lovely two week stay. Debra had beautifully decorated the house for the holidays, which was a special treat. She was extremely accessible and pleasant to deal with for any questions. Among the highlights of our stay was the very short daily walk to the beach for glorious sunsets. Thank you Debra and family!

This home provided an ultimate, well appointed and centrally located vacation residence on AMI. My husband and I celebrated career milestones with a month-long stay at this charming home. Our family joined us for the holidays. The home is centrally located to quaint shops and dining experiences, and is a very short walk to the beautiful beach, just as described. We enjoyed the ocean views from the primary suite and morning tea in the outdoor living spaces. The host supported a seamless reservation, check-in and check-out process. The host was gracious, leaving a welcome package of wine and chocolates and some holiday decor. Our family was quite comfortable in the home and enjoyed our stay on AMI. Our vacation plans will include return visits to the area.

We had a great time at the Gutierrez Beach House. Debra went above and beyond making us welcome and communicating before and while we were there. The house was perfect for our family of 3 generations, and it was nice to have us all under one roof. The elevator made life much easier for us ...groceries and luggage get heavy on steps. Everything was provided and we lacked nothing. We loved the quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect vacation......so said the12 year old and the 73 year old! A good time was had by all. Laurel Ryan

Stayed here for Spring Break with my wife, our son and a few of his friends for their high school spring break. The location of the house is perfect. It is a quick two minute walk to one of the quietest pieces of beach on AMI. The house was well equipped to serve our group of 10. Lots of seating on the two decks and an open area on the ground floor for keeping beach supplies and gathering while grilling. The third floor master suite had everything we needed and was a perfect vacation from the kids who would stay up late watching movies and playing games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the house for anyone with a group wanting to be close to the beach. Deb was very easy to communicate with and was eager to answer questions throughout the entire booking process and stay.

We had our family Christmas gathering at this home - 3 couples and 2 adult children. The house was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed already supplied. It is very large with a nice dining and living area where we all could gather and enjoy family time together. The proximity to the beach is ideal - literally a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach area. Plenty of beach towels and chairs too, which was great! Deb was a wonderful hostess and very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. Would stay here again for sure!

Deb's home is more than you can ask for, to enjoy a wonderful vacation on AMI. It is not your typical rental - it is their home which has everything you could possibly need. The location is amazing; two houses from the. gulf beach and in walking distance to two shopping areas with good shops and restaurants. It is in a lovely neighborhood - perfect for walking, running or strolling. This home is spotlessly clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The elevator was perfect for bringing up luggage and groceries. Another wonderful feature was that Deb's house offers beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. There was not a single item that was missing! Check in and check out was easy as was communication with Deb. I have already recommended this vacation home to friends and family - although not the week we plan to return next year!

Great house. Lots of beach chairs, beach toys and bikes to use. We had eight adults & all had lots of space. Especially appreciated the 3 1/2 bathrooms & comfortable beds. Nice outdoor porches. So close to the beach!
