Situated in Pagosa Springs, this lovely house for $99 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This beautiful, clean, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6. It comes with a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and a serene and peaceful covered patio. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the grocery store, Walmart and more! A short 5-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs. 7 min. Hot Springs 35 min. Wolf Creek Ski Resort 2 min. Golf Close to favorite hikes! Other things to note We do allow small dogs, (some exceptions for larger dogs, please inquire), preferably non shedding, hypoallergenic. There is a flat fee of $50. There will be additional fees for excessive hair removal or any damage done. Please be mindful to clean up after your dog inside and out. No wet dogs allowed inside. No pets allowed on furniture, including beds. If you know your dog is a barker we will not be able to host you! We love animals and really aim to keep our condo very clean and our neighbors happy! *Please reach out to us prior to booking your reservation to ensure that your pet will be a good fit*

This condo is beautiful, just as the pictures show. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The beds were comfy, the living room and dining area had plenty of room. We cooked in the kitchen for most of our meals and had just about every utensil we needed. Walmart is nearby and is where we grabbed groceries when we arrived. Communication with the hostess was easy over text.

We stayed in the condo a month and had a great time. The condo was really cute, clean, had everything we needed and the location was wonderful with restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Also there were really great walking paths nearby. We really appreciated that everything was as advertised on this site. Communication with the owners was a breeze. Couldn't have been better!

An Absolutely beautiful home in uptown Pagosa Springs. So easy to get to everything. Our stay was excellent. Owner was quick to respond if we needed anything or had questions. Kitchen was full stocked and with the basics. Very clean and beautifully updated! Great neighborhood and felt very safe. The roads were cleared daily when it snowed, even in our parking lot. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Pagosa Springs! Thanks Lance & Melissa

This condo was in a great location, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms, and convenience.

This condo was very comfortable and clean. However one of the amenities I searched for was a working fireplace, wood burning or electric. The fireplace did not work - I think the batteries were out on the remote control. So I did not get to enjoy the ambiance of a warm fire after being in the snow. I was very disappointed in that.

Nice condo very clean and pet friendly. Only drawback for us was the TV has only streaming no regular channels so you have to sign up to see TV on netflix, prime, etc.

This complex is in the perfect location. It’s right between uptown and downtown and very close to both grocery stores. The unit was clean and super cute. It’s the end unit , which also made it quiet. The mud room is a bonus and was the perfect spot for the dog bowls, leash and coats. We highly recommend this rental and we will stay again soon.

Beautifully decorated and homey townhome with plenty of space for me, my husband, two dogs, and more! We really enjoyed the gas fireplace and grill and proximity to Wolf Creek ski area and downtown Pagosa Springs. Many amenities like grocery stores nearby too. Thanks for hosting our family!

Everything was immaculate and available. From easy access to the owners about question to everything inside the home. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels. We hope to be able to stay here every time we come to Pagosa Springs.

The best pet friendly property we’ve had so far!! The covered patio with the gate out to the grassy common area was perfect. This unit was just as adorable in person as it was in the pictures. Well stocked (cast iron skillet for the cornbread win), excellent location (end unit, walking distance to restaurants), convenient pre-assigned parking, cozy and comfortable, spacious (way more than the 2 of us needed even with a dig) and easy access/checkout. Thank you for a fabulous weekend. We will definitely stay here again!!!
