The front elevated patio offers nice territorial views of Suncadia Resort. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS * The 1st main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a walk-in shower, and dual sinks. * The 2nd main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a tile shower and dual sinks and large soaking tub. * The 1st upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and is supported by a guest bath just outside the bedroom door. * The 2nd upper floor bedroom is a large bunk room with a private en-suite bath. The bunk room features 2 twin over full funk beds and a twin bed. * The 2nd floor also has a large bonus room that boasts a huge sectional couch, smart TV w/DirecTV, and a twin bed with a twin trundle. The home has plenty of indoor entertainment options. The lower floor TV Lounge features a large couch, 65” smart TV w/DirecTV, a wet bar, and shuffleboard! Just off this room you’ll enjoy some competitive family games of ping pong in the garage. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. The Owners of Eagle Aerie have a small dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.
