The property is set up for long term stays or a long weekend. Your vacation property consists of a duplex with an upper and lower unit as well as a guest house. Your Boho Bungalow apartment is the lower unit of the duplex. Bedroom 1: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed, 1 fold out single bed, and loveseat couch. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV, couch, and office desk. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed and loveseat couch. Large Roku TV, couch, and office desk. Bathroom: Full tub/shower, is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. WiFi: High-Speed WiFi available throughout. Courtyard: Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Several tables and chairs are provided. This is a residential community and the courtyard is shared, so it is important that you follow the property rules out of respect for the local residents as well as other guests at the property. Plenty of parking available. You will also find many conveniences included in the home: • Fully equipped kitchen • High-speed Wi-Fi • Washer/Dryer • Comfortable brand new beds Keurig with coffee and tea available. Wifi keypad entry: Check-In - 3 PM Check-out - 11AM NEED MORE SPACE? Request a booking for The Villa (separate 5 bedroom listing ) to rent out the entire duplex which can accommodate 13 guests. We open the door from the upstairs/downstairs to combine the units into one house. LOOKING TO BOOK A EVENT? Request a booking for The Haven (separate 6 bedroom listing ) to rent out the entire complex (main house duplex and guest house) which can accommodate 16 guests (18 guests if you include 2 couches) Other things to note This is a ground floor apartment. You might experience some noise from the upstairs. We ask our guests who stay in both the upper and lower units to be considerate of other guests. No running, jumping, or creating any loud noise in the complex. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Property was very clean and well=kept. Very nice outside seating area in a peaceful neighborhood. Although close access to the interstate, you couldn't hear the sounds of traffic. Minimal noise from the upstairs unit when it was occupied.

My daughter and I rented this cute little boho apt that was near her job interview. We were pleasantly surprised with this adorable little place. It was clean, comfy and very cozy! We felt very safe. We also loved the way it was decorated!!

The Boho Bungalow was perfect for our stay in Cookeville! It was exactly as described. It was clean, the check in was easy, the beds were super comfortable and the place was just perfect for our family of 5. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks, Tosha!
