Me and my boyfriend loved this place, it was way better than expected. The bed was a little bit hard which made it comfy for us and very spacious! I saw a review about the outside noise but if the windows are all closed, you don’t hear anything from the outside at all. One thing that got to us was the shower head, feel like the shower head needs to be changed into something new. Other than that, everything else was just perfect! Communicating with the owners was super easy as well, owners had contacted us to make sure if there was anything they could do to make our stay better but it was just so perfect! We plan on renting here for next year again!

Great location! We enjoyed sitting down at the beach access to the lake- crystal clear gorgeous water! The condo was comfortable and clean with a full kitchen. We could walk to several restaurants and short drive to a market. We had some communication issues around a plumbing problem our first day, but eventually all was resolved. The location is ideal!

My wife and I stayed in the Sweetbriar Garden Suite in King's Beach for several days at the end of August and we both were disappointed. The beach was amazing however.
This particular unit is located at an intersection of two highways with a traffic signal. The vehicle and truck noise was horrendous. Without air conditioning, it was too hot to sleep with the bedroom window closed, so with the traffic noise, we had next to no sleep during our stay. The bed itself was no help as it was super uncomfortable.
Towards the end our stay, the weather turned bad so we left a day early. If any of the furniture in the unit had been comfortable, we would have stayed and watched movies or read a book. Unfortunately, that was not the case as the sofa, chairs, barstools, etc. were uncomfortable. The patio chairs were comfy! We will not be returning….

My boyfriend and I came to Kings Beach for the first time and loved every second of it, much thanks to this beautiful property! Cozy, cute, clean living space and residence had private parking and beach… what a dream! Will definitely be back in the future!

We hope to stay off the main road in a more quiet unit, but FABULOUS customer service and attentive to our specific situation. Next year maybe a 2br 2 ba but location to our friends was key and we met lovely neighbors there!
Beware of neighborhood watchdog in very first unit who wrote us a nasty note when we ACCIDENTALLY parked in wrong spot ~ but he won’t dissuade us from coming back. Many thanks to TP for helping us remedy what began as dismal ~ nice week overall!

This is a fantastic condo with an epic location next to the lake. There is access to a small beach & grass area to enjoy the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated! Kings Beach is a great area with many restaurants, a grocery store & entertainment that are within walking distance. I look forward to rebooking next summer!

Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was arriving back late one night and the door code was not working. Spent over an hour in the car trying to contact someone on the listing and finally was given a new door code.

This is a great one bedroom with hotel quality condition. Location is within 200 feet of the lake. Exactly as advertised.

Had a great visit to Tahoe, tucked away in a private gated community of several condos. Steps away from the beach, and with provided beach chairs under the stairs, I found myself sitting with a cold drink and staring out at the magnificent horizon.
Communication was amazing with the property management as they were very welcoming and attentive. They let me know while I was on a hike when I could check-in early which was very convenient and they even purchased/delivered an ironing board so I could make sure my groomsman suit was looking good for the wedding.
Bed was comfy, kitchen was spotless and the TV was preloaded with steaming apps! I think Netflix was already logged in.
Loved the location, two blocks from Safeway and golf course, and walking distance to all the other main storefronts in Kings Beach.
10/10 stay and will definitely book again.

Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed/bedding and nice lounging space. Bathroom was a bit wonky but sign said they were working on it.

This property was perfect! Everything was as described in the listing. The fireplace in the chilly mornings was a treat. I was so happy with how clean the place was and how close it was to restaurants, and of course the path to the lake. Perfect place to call home for a vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

A couple things do need attention:
- Bedside lamp far side of bed not working (needs new bulb?)
- Couldn't figure out how to turn on outside lamp on the deck at night when we'd be returning after dark. Not sure if the bulb was out, or we just didn't figure out how to switch it on.

Overall this is a nice clean property. There are only a couple of negative things. The assigned parking space is difficult to get in and out of because we had a large pick up truck. Also, since there is no AC and we were there in the summer we had to leave the windows open and it is right next to a main intersection with a lot of traffic noise.

We had an excellent stay in Kings Beach. It was extremely easy to book with Tahoe Signature Properties, their customer service was phenomenal and the unit was exactly as pictured and described. I'll definitely be using them for future reservations!

Plenty of cooking utensils for whatever you would like to cook and a grocery store about 2 mins down the street. They also have a cieling fan and two stand alone fans which is a nice touch or if you like the whitenouse. The hosts were very responsive and we would certainly stay here again..

This was a great spot to stay when in the Tahoe snowy winter wonderland! Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Complex is right on the lake with a great beach. It was a comfy and cozy place to relax and cook a meal at the end of the day. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. We had a great time after a big winter storm walking on the snow covered beaches. Highly recommend this gem for a Tahoe getaway!

Excellent
Staying at the condo at Sweetbriar had all of the elements of the perfect weekend. Easy access, Lake Tahoe just outside your doorstep, comfortable accomodations and beautiful surroundings. The Garden Suite is airy and relaxing, and cozy all at the same time. Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom are generously equipped and roomy. Living and Dining are just right for socializing and the gas fireplace gives the perfect ambiance for people sitting around the table while visiting.
I would most definitely recommend this as a destination that is easy to get to and has a great "get away" vibe when you are there.

Beautiful with all amenities
This was the only property I found that wasn’t somewhat run down or super cabin feeling. I’m sure glad we booked it bc it rained our entire trip!
They had all the extras - games, wifi speaker, pillows, fans and everything to cook. I’m glad they didn’t throw out all the spices and coffee as we did use those. Would stay here again.
