The host was very communicative. If i had any questions I received prompt responses. Location and property were great. The house was semi clean. The floors looked like they needed to be swept and the toilets were not very clean and had blondish hair all over them. We cleaned them and enjoyed the rest of the stay. The pool was pleasant and backyard was spacious and wonderful. We would stay again because of the space and location.

While the house did not look as "newly renovated" as I was expecting from the pics, it wasnt too bad. The ac was the bummer for me. There was a note that said the lowest was 74 or it would mess up. We bought 2 box fans but it was still too hot. I didnt see a point of letting anyone know since the note was already there.
