Playa Maya Carriage House

This property is as listed. Bright & cheery. It is situated above a garage, so look up when you pull into the driveway; you first notice a big address # on a gate, which leads to the back house, so when you see the gate, just look left for the stairs. Easy electronic lock. The space is fresh and sufficient for two. The bedroom does not have a door to close off from the living space, which was fine for us, just noteworthy, and there is little room (maybe 13") between the end of the bed and the ensuite bathroom. This would not stop me from staying here again, however, I think this is nice to know in terms of space.We felt it was well-curated, comfortable bed and sofa. The windows cover the entire front of the room, which is pleasing in rain or shine! We had a bit of rain during our stay, so we spent time on the sofa and used the adjustable lift coffee table for writing and snacks. You will use that coffee table for any eating or serving. The provided bikes were fantastic! Also there were beach chairs, a nice benefit, but Inlet beach had a narrow space for the public (maybe 100' or so)- should get there early if you want to set up yourself or you can rent chairs from Inlet beach for about 75 for the day. Immediately beside Inlet is Rosemary's private beach, we could not rent there. The two are separated by this narrow public beach.This was a quaint, fresh space for our stay at Inlet Beach. We advise riding the bikes! There is a lot to explore around Rosemary on bikes.

The cutest little gem for a beach getaway! I visit the Rosemary/ Seacrest beach area once or twice a year, and this Carriage house definitely ranks as one of my favorite places I have stayed. It is an incredibly easy 3-minute walk to the beach (right across 30A), and I found the beach area to be more private and calm than the heart of Rosemary or Seacrest. It’s only a couple blocks from downtown Rosemary, so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants, which is a huge plus! The carriage house itself is very nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The communication was very clear, organized and prompt. I had zero issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The rental was exactly as shown in photos and I’m very appreciative to go into a rental that matches the online description. It was so coastal, bright and such a cute space!. The space is small as was expected per reading online but perfect for a couple. Love that there is a little fridge and plenty of amenities for a quick snack/cook something. It was wonderful to have bikes available to bike around any time. They also have beach chairs in the garage as well! And the location is perfect, to the beach, rosemary beach. Would definitely stay again and so glad we found this rental!
