The apartment was clean, and tidy. The balcony overlooked an attractive courtyard garden. The kitchen was well equipped, with oven and microwave. The sofa is comfortable, and so is the bed. The shower room was clean and the handwash, shower gel and hair conditioner were very useful.
A bit more information on getting the flat up and running would have been useful. We had to experiment a little with switches for this and that! It would also be helpful if the cleaner could just check that everything is working before they sign off. One of the lights needed a bulb, and the television aerial had become unplugged.
