My family and I recently stayed at the Best Western Runway Hotel for a week during a difficult family visit. We were travelling with our two-year-old, and the kindness and care shown by the staff made our stay so much easier and comfortable.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. The team opened the business centre for my husband at 5:00 a.m. and even prepared non-spicy meals for our toddler. Every request was handled promptly and always with a smile.
A special thank you to Bokul from the restaurant and Juwel from housekeeping for taking such wonderful care of us. The hotel truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Proximity to the airport, nice cafe and cleanliness
There was no hot water, had not been advised at checkin and was only fixed during the night, had to have cold shower as has early checkout. Noisy location, windows or floors are not soundproof

The waitress at breakfast Ms Bokul was really helpful, especially towards our children. Loved her service. The security team also did a great job ensuring the safety of my car parked on the roadside parking overnight.
The swimming pool usage timings were wrongly mentioned. We couldn't use the pool because of that.

Hotel full off mosquitos in reception and rooms, had to call front desk they sent someone to spay the room, early hours heard buzzing, got bitten… not good
