About this apartment rental
Very bright 45 m² apartment facing south, duplex, on the 3rd and last floor of a well-maintained residence located on the heights of Châtel, in the heart of Petit-Châtel. It has a large bay window that offers a breathtaking unobstructed view of the entire valley.
The residence is a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and its amenities, as well as 600 m from the ski slopes of Super-Châtel and shuttle bus at the foot of the residence to reach the Linga / Pré-la-Joux area.
1st floor: entrance with storage cupboards, washing machine, toilet, large fitted kitchen with dining area, access to a spacious balcony, access staircase to the 2nd floor. Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, raclette set and all the kitchen essentials.
2nd floor: large mezzanine with 1 sofa bed, a cabinet with TV, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with second toilet and shower, 1 towel dryer.
Private cellar in the basement for ski storage. 1 outdoor parking space + 1 indoor covered parking space.
FORME D'O aquatic center 15 minutes walk (sauna, hammam, gym and indoor and outdoor swimming pools), Sherpa store nearby or Intermarché accessible by shuttle, cinema and restaurants 10 minutes walk. 40 km from Lake Geneva, 50 km from Thonon les bains train station, 80 km from Geneva airport.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement rénové et décoré de façon moderne et avec beaucoup de gout. La vue depuis le balcon est époustouflante ! Il est situé au calme, avec pour réveil le bruit des cloches des vaches au pied de la fenêtre.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute en cas de question.
Une très bonne adresse à retenir à Chatel. Nous reviendrons !

Ce petit appartement offre un confort complet et une bonne répartition des pièces en dépit de sa petite taille de sorte que nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l étroit.
L equipement très complet et confortable, les prestations intérieures récentes sont agréables.
Le balcon, ses fauteuils et la mezzanine nid d aigle avec sa grande baie vitrée ouvrant sur les montagnes sont un plus.
L accueil fut sympathique, nous reviendrons, c est sûr!
