Washer and dryer. On top floor, 18 steps from car to condo. Hilly property. Covered parking, community pool, tennis court. (Pool usually closes Oct 1) There is no direct access to lake except by boat. Covered boat slip available from March 10 to November 5 only.

This was a great stay! We had a wonderful time enjoying our coffee on the deck overlooking the water and counting the beautiful birds! So glad we brought our binoculars! It was super clean and easy to navigate. Beds were wonderful and the internet connection was reliable and fast for my remote work conference. I couldn’t be more pleased we will be back next trip to Hot Springs- try the superior bathhouse Brewery!

This lovely condo is spacious with incredible views. The property owner provided excellent details for the property before our arrival and answered any questions that we had promptly. There were fresh flowers on arrival and the condo was clean and welcoming. I know it is not important to all travelers, but for me a light filled space is a real plus. What the natural light did not provide the thoughtfully placed lightening of this condo completed. There are not that many nice rentals that allow pets but this property is an exception. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, peaceful mornings drinking coffee on the deck overlooking Lake Hamilton just made our stay in Hot Springs. We enjoyed watching the woodpeckers, cardinals and mockingbirds in the trees. This 2 bedroom condo in a woodsy lake setting was well appointed with super nice beds, lots of pillows and excellent bed linens. The living room with huge and comfy sectional sofa, pillows and large smart tv allowed us to rest up from our 3 day drive to visit our family and play tourist in my old hometown! We had everything we needed in the kitchen with large dining table and nice stoneware dishes for cooking family meals. We can’t say enough nice things but most of all appreciated the responsiveness of management and ease of check in. Thanks again for the great stay!

We stayed here with our family of 4 for July 4th weekend. We loved the location of the property. It was exceptionally clean and the owner was extremely responsive. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We really enjoyed that our kids could fish off the docs. They were able to catch several fish. The balcony is huge and great for relaxing and drinking coffee in the early morning while taking in the beautiful view. It’s close to everything you would want to do. This was one of our favorite rentals by far! Thank you for the bubbles on arrival and sharing your beautiful condo with our family!

For my mother's 70th birthday, she wanted to take a trip back to Hot Springs. From booking to check-out, this condo exceeded our expectations, providing us a nice retreat to wind down each day after exploring. The balcony offered us with a great place for our morning coffee while planning the day. And each evening we sat at the generous dining table playing games. Far more seating than we are accustomed to having while traveling. While we didnt use the kitchen to actually cook (it was my holiday, too) it was thoroughly stocked with everything one would need. I will absolutely check availability at this location before looking at any other properties on a return visit.

Stayed a couple of days. My granddaughter graduated from high school. Both my daughter and granddaughter enjoyed their stay. My granddaughter keep raving about the shower, so my goal was to make them happy and to take a little stress away for a while. It rained everyday, but just being in an atmosphere of calm was great for us. The owner was very nice, I asked him to get balloons for my granddaughter to surprise her when we got there and he was very gracious and made that happen for me. Loved it very much

This was a beautifully renovated condo. Check in and check out was a breeze. We didn't need to communicate at all with owners. The view was spectacular! Although we were in the area for a girls weekend of spa and relaxation along bathhouse row, this condo was in an excelkent locatiin just minutes away from all of the activity. This place would be amazing to also bring or rent a boat and spend time on the water. The cons would be a very small primary bathroom.

Beautiful property with a wonderful view of the lake! It felt very comfortable and private. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need! We highly recommend this property and will definitely book again next time we come back for the Arkansas derby!!!!

We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful furnishings and plenty of space - great size for our group of 4 adults. The views from the balcony were perfect with our morning coffee.

The condo surpassed our expectations on arrival and during the length of our stay. All of the amenities we needed were provided while we were there. The furniture and appliances were high quality. We enjoyed the atmosphere so much that we ended up having two meals at the condo. We watched the sun set over the lake each night. It was a very peaceful experience and an excellent family getaway.

The property is great, very quite complex and view of the lake is perfect. We knew that we would have stairs up and down to the condo but did not realize that the entire property is on a steep hill. There really isn't any "flat" area. Good exercise for us.
