The apartment has brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, fireplace, updated bathroom, walk-in-closet, along with an office for those working remotely. Other highlights include a private front porch, central air/heat & a washer/dryer. Our Capitol Hill neighborhood is as walkable as it gets! Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more are just a short stroll from our apartment. Parking and metro access are a breeze, as well. Ample street parking is available on our street (parking pass included) and multiple Metro Stations are also about a 10 or 15 min walk away too.

This is an amazing place in an amazing neighborhood, restaurants nearby, bus around the corner, superbly furnished accomodations. Looking forward to our next visit. Robbie and Stephanie, the hosts are exceptional people. If you want to stay on Capitol Hill in a luxury apt. this is it.

The location was the best to walk to the "Hill", restaurants and to walk the neighborhood to see the architecture of the row homes, meet the neighbors and to walk to Lincoln Park just down the block every evening. We felt right at home. The apartment was exactly what we needed for a wonderful get-a-way and had everything we needed to feel at home. This is a great place to stay!

Robbie and Stephanie's place was perfect for our family of four! The place was spotless and they thought of every amenity that a hotel offers and went beyond. We absolutely loved the location and neighborhood. It was easy getting to all of the sights using the Metro, Uber, and walking. Highly recommend!

Robby and Stefanie have thought of everything! They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, coffee bar, phone chargers, and sound machine. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The best part was the location. It was only doors away from my son’s apartment. We will definitely stay with them again!

By far the most lovely basement apartment we’ve stayed in in DC. This is our 5th rental in the city (kids and grandkids are there) it was by far the most bright we’ll appointed one yet. Location is great, within walking distance to Eastern Market which has great restaurants and the weekend market. It’s was very clean and had all we needed!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. We had an awesome five star experience on our first stay in March of this year, and we just had another five star, equally enjoyable experience on our recent stay in November. This has now become our "go to" property when visiting the Capitol Hill area. We really can't imagine a better place to stay. It has all of the luxuries of home including a modern kitchen, and beautiful bathroom, a nice bottle of red wine to greet us upon our arrival, and a fully stocked Keurig coffee bar each morning. Robby and Stephanie are also great hosts.. We really enjoy staying here!

The location is great- just a few blocks from Eastern Market. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean.. The small office space was very useful, as well as a walk-in closet, things that we haven’t seen in other properties where we have stayed. Plenty of bedding and extra towels. Communication with the owner was very good. Another plus- parking pass!

This property is beautiful& very clean. We stay at many rentals & this is one of the nicest we have seen. Everything has been updated & done nicely, no cutting corners here. The location is great. Easy walk to everything, the mall, coffee shops, restaurants, the park. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to DC

The property had everything we needed for our stay in the DC area. We enjoyed being able to return after a long day of walking to relax in an immaculately clean space! The property was a quick Uber to most of Washington's attractions and walking distance to some as well. I highly recommend a stay!

Hosts clearly understand travelers' needs and have taken care of every imaginable detail from comfortable bed to quality furnishings, well equipped and spotless throughout, which made for a very enjoyable stay. Solid communications, readily available at checkin, friendly and welcoming. The requisite parking pass for Capitol Hill was appreciated, and parking readily available.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It is literally a block from Lincoln Park. The beds were so comfortable and the place had everything we needed to prepare meals. The coffee and hot chocolate bar was a delight. They left a note welcoming me to DC along with a bottle of wine. Bobby and his wife were so accommodating our entire visit. I highly recommend this property!!

Robby and Stephanie anticipated everything a guest might need: coffee, tea, snacks, quality bath wash, well appointed kitchen, lovely duvet, charging stations, comfortable furniture. It was a perfect home base in a beautiful neighborhood. We could walk straight down Constitution Ave to reach the Capitol and the National Mall or we could walk 10 minutes to the Eastern Market Metro station. A three-ring binder with instructions and helpful information about the area was waiting for us on the counter. There were extra linens and towels if we needed them, as well as several afgans/throws for cozy reading or tv watching. Super hosts.

Amazing!

This is the perfect location on Capitol Hill! It is within walking distance to the National Mall. We brought our bikes and were able to easily negotiate around and visit all that Washington DC has to offer. The amenities from the welcome sign by the door, complimentary wine, coffee bar, to the numerous device chargers- Robby and Stephanie have thought of everything. The bed is super comfortable.This truly is so cozy and a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

This cozy little apartment was perfect for my family of 4! The pictures online are exactly what you get. Full kitchen and awesome coffee bar! It is in a superb location and we felt very safe the whole time. Robby was very helpful and always responds quickly. Overall GREAT experience. We will definitely be staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The apartment was really modern and nice, and immaculately clean. The kitchen had the latest amenities including quartz countertops, glass backsplash, stainless appliances, white cabinetry, and LED under cabinet lighting. There was also a great island to sit at with very cool dimmable light pendants. We also really enjoyed the coffee and wine bar, which had a generous supply of coffee pods, and a complimentary bottle of wine for us upon our arrival! The bedroom was also very nice, a good size, and included a handy, separate office space and walk-in closet. The living room was a very nice size, complete with a cute fireplace. The bathroom was very nicely appointed and tiled, and had a really nice shower dispenser with great bath products. We really could not have asked for anything more. Robby and Stephanie were great hosts and very responsive to our questions. This apartment is certainly a 5 star unit, and maybe as nice as any unit you will find in the Capitol Hill/ Lincoln Park neighborhood!

The host were so welcoming and made sure our stay would be enjoyable. There was an issue with the washer and dryer and we received a credit for the inconvenience. They personalized the stay with a message with my name on it. I loved the home-like decor and the treats available. The home was clean and smelled refreshing. It was truly a home away from home!
