Located in Perry Township, this charming cottage for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Hidden Hollow Cottage is in a peaceful, well hidden setting but close to amenities needed when on vacation. It is only 1 1/2 miles from the quaint little town of Tarlton. Enjoy eating at Crosstown Creamery, visiting Cross Mound Park or getting the needed groceries at Tarlton Market or Dollar General all located in Tarlton. Also within reasonable distance to Old Mans Cave attractions. You will fall in love with the property as you drive in. The cottage features a brick patio, a big deck, a pavilion with a hot tub, a small balcony off the upstairs loft bedroom, a fire ring, 6 stackable outdoor chairs and a creek running through the property. The cottage will sleep a max of 5 people. It sleeps 4 comfortably, but we do allow up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. The loft bedroom has a privacy door and overlooks the living area. It also has a little outside balcony. Each bedroom has a narrow chair that converts into a cot, or the extra person may also use the sectional and ottoman in the living room for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is on the main floor and has a tile shower, a vanity with 2 sinks, and a closet with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We provide some toilet paper, enough for a weekend. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a ice maker, oven, microwave, Keurig (we furnish a few k-cups, but bring your favorites) it also has a regular coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meal and serve it minus the food. We provide some coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, dishwasher tablets, and dishwashing soap. The living room has a big sectional with a big ottoman, a recliner, a big TV screen with a DVD player. The TV has a lot of apps, that can be accessible with our free unlimited WiFi. We do not guarantee great service. Our service in the area is really spotty, sometimes ok, sometimes not. Tv is only internet tv, no cable or satellite. Bring your own streaming devices and your own tv internet subscriptions. Also bring your own dvds in case service is slow. But we do recommend vacationing without technology. Enjoy the cozy vented fireplace insert during the winter months, or relax doing one of the puzzles or playing one of the games we provide. This property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy...and we loved exploring the outside. It gave us a home feeling! The only thing I will say that could of needed work was the kitchen pans... Those definitely need changed...we are a stay in cooking type.. other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.

Cabin is just like pictures. Cleanliness was exceptional, had everything needed and then some. Hot tub awesome. Little out of the way, but that was what we wanted.

If I could give this cottage more than a five star, I would my family and I stayed for three nights it definitely made it feel like home away from home. It’s a beautiful cottage that’s in a beautiful, secluded place. With everything you need to make it feel like home. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a place to stay near Hocking Hills. This would be the cottage for you. Ps. the place was very very clean that made me happy 😊

Generally as expected- lots of reviews about no Wi-Fi but we also didn’t have cell service (Verizon) so that made things slightly complicated when trying to look up directions or places to eat, etc. about 30 minutes from hocking hills. otherwise the perfect cabin retreat for a family with small kids.

This little cottage is perfect. It is nicely decorated, well supplied, very clean and had a great outdoor space with large hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. It was about a half hour from Hocking Hills area.

The cottage was a beautiful, quaint and cozy place. It is in such a perfect spot surrounded by nature. There is a small stream going through the back yard and a pond/swamp on the other side of the property that my son loved catching frogs and crawfish in. The hot tub was perfect after a long hike in Hocking Hills, and the fire pit was perfect for s'mores with the kids at night. My ONLY complaint is the wifi did not work well. We weren't even able to watch a movie on Netflix without it stopping multiple times to buffer. Besides that it was the perfect place for a family getaway. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

What a beautiful location. It truly is a cottage experience. The listing is not exactly accurate though. It is not 2 bedrooms. The bedroom with the balcony is also a loft bedroom. Meaning it is open to the living room. Also the bathroom is on the 1st floor so if you get up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom a lot keep this in mind. The hot tub was by far the best i have experienced. Super relaxing and the hostas on the hillside were stunning. It is a well maintained property.

We had a girls trip with 5 of us and your cottage was perfect! The hot tub was huge. Decorated so beautifully. Beautiful landscaping. Definitely can tell they put a lot of time and effort into this cottage/property. We will be back for sure! 10/10 recommend.

This is one place that is even better than the photo's! Spent 3 nights with my daughters. Spent the days hiking in Hocking Hills and the evenings relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying a campfire. Everything about this property was above expectation. Very clean inside and out and I'm a picky person!

We had an amazing stay here! The cottage was so cute and just as described. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was clean and so relaxing. Tarleton is an adorable little town and the Creamery is a must visit. We will definitely stay here again!!

We highly recommend this place! It is immaculately clean, very comfortable, and it is close enough to Hocking Hills. The area is very quiet and the cottage is secluded in a small gulley. It has a nice fire pit area and a covered pavillion featuring a grill and a very clean, large hot tub. The owners were wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to my questions. We also strongly recommend the Manchester Hill Winery and Vineyard just up the road.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities for a weekend trip. I brought my daughter for a mother/daughter weekend and we had so much fun. The hot tub was a huge hit. Not far from shopping about 20-30 min. Norma and Phil take great pride in this property and it shows! Definitely would stay again.

We loved staying at this lovely cabin for Christmas. Was very clean, the hot tub was amazing, and overall we really enjoyed it. We wish we could’ve stayed a couple more days.

The lot was private and cozy! Sectional couch is SO comfy, coffee station was stocked, hot tub was hot, and we found enough firewood on the property. Loft bed is softer than other bedroom but both are comfy! Keep the bathroom door open when showering if you can or it’ll steam up really bad (no vent/fan). Walkway is very slippery if wet so tip toe carefully. Close to hocking hills, quick run up the hill to Tarlton’s local IGA, good enough tv streaming, environment invites you to unplug. Would stay again - just wish it could have been longer!

The house fit two couples comfortably. The property was large, a mix of woods and grassland. The house was clean and recently updated with new appliances and modern design. Wifi worked well enough for quick checks home. It was a relaxing retreat, relatively close to Columbus.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden Hollow. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sitting around the campfire in the evening. There are so many cute antique shops and boutique type stores to shop in the surrounding towns. We especially liked Lancaster where we had lunch at Provisions Bakery and Deli and then shopped at The Olde Shoe Factory antiques. We also enjoyed hiking at Hocking Hills, there was so much to explore we didn’t get to see as much as we would have liked too, so we will just have to come back next year! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us! We are already planning our trip for next fall! 😊

This property was amazing. It was probably the cleanest and best equipped place we have ever stayed at. We could tell that they take pride in the property and making their guest happy. We enjoyed the hot tub very much as well. This was a perfect get way for us.
